Title says it all. First person asks a stupid question, then the second person types a stupid answer and a different stupid question. Basically being a n00b.

Example:

First person says, "A Moderator is or isn't an user in a forum?"
Second person says, "Moderators are cool, so they are in the forums! What does a pencil sharpener do?"
