You should replace Audino with an Umbreon.

dragonite and psyduck is a pro my fc for white: 4728-2189-2082. Spoiler.

RE: Draining/Recovery Team
Okay, if you want to replace Audino, come up with someone like Whimsicott

Whinsicott

Abitlity: Prankster

Moves: Substitute, Leech Seed, Taunt, Encore/ Giga Drain

Nature: Bold or Impish <252 Def, 248 S. Def, 8 Spd

Items: Leftovers

Honestly, Whimsicott can get really annoying, I've battled one in a competition, and wow, they are ANNOYING. Just set-up Substitute, Leech Seed them, then go taunt. Encore if you want ot annoy the heck out of them, and Giga Drain for a recovery other than Leech Seed.

RE: Draining/Recovery Team
Whimsy looks like this

Prankster
Leftovers
Impish
252 Hp, 252 def, 4 spD
~Encore
~Leech Seed
~Substitute
~Worry Seed/ U-turn/ Cotton Guard/ Stun Spore/Taunt

Whimsy almost never carries taunt because whimsy wants to switch in on an opponent using a move like Dragon dance, Swords dance, or another move to boost it's stats. Encore that, so they can't attack, then set up Leech seed and Substitutes. Worry seed is for pokemon dependent upon their abilities. Like shedninja. Or Magic Guard alakazam. Cotton Guard is to boost it's own defenses. U-turn is to scout. Taunt is always the last choice because Whimsy wants you to use non offensive moves to set up. So it can keep you setting up FOREVER.

Ok, Well I know you like Mienshao but it isn't really cutting it. Hi jump kick has over double the base power and Mienshao frankly can't do it's job without it. Maybe replace it with bulk up scrafty or Conkeldurr.

Adamant
Guts
Leftovers for bulk, Burn orb for sleep immunity and more power
252 Att, 252 Hp, 4 spD
Bulk Up
Payback
Drain Punch
Mach Punch

Conkeldurr is ridiculously powerful. Now it is good you have Gastrodon, because Conkeldurr lures Gliscor like no other. Maybe put Ice beam on there, it isn't necessary but it helps against those flying dragons. Earth power instead of mud bomb, toxic instead of sludge wave.

Now I've also noticed your evs are screwed up. Remember 1 hp ev is worth 1 def ev and 1 special def ev. Always max out Hp on bulky pokemon before any other stat.

Fire Punch or Crunch goes on Snorlax instead of heavy slam. Body Slam instead of Giga Impact.

Replace Venasaur with standard Ferrothorn.

I've tried Ferrothorn before but... well when it comes to Ferrothorns I seem cursed. My opponent always has the right thing already set up when I send him out.

RE: Draining/Recovery Team
Try Forretress in place of Ferrothorn because it's a better rapid spinner and it isn't weak to fighting.

ferrothorn is not bad, however forretress would be a better choice. better moveset (i think) and better stats. imo, put either forretress or whimsicott in for the audino otherwise its good Smile

RE: Draining/Recovery Team
Ferrothorn has better stats, typing and movepool. The only noteworthy thing about forretress is rapid spin, which to be honest, Tentacruel does better.

RE: Draining/Recovery Team
Update:

Newly reconfigured team(so far):
Snorlax/Leftovers/Immunity
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Sp.Def
Rest
Sleep Talk
Giga Impact
Crunch

Exeggutor/Sitrus Berry/Harvest
252 HP/252 Sp.Atk/4 Sp.Def
Leech Seed
Psychic
Giga Drain
???

Well, those two I'm definitely keeping. Not sure what I'll have for the rest, though I'm considering either keeping Mienshao, or using either Scrafty, or Sawk.

RE: Draining/Recovery Team
You should have used for Snorlax

Snorlax
Careful (+Sp.Def, -Sp.Atk)
252 HP, 200 Sp.Def, 52 Atk
Hold Item- Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability- Thick Fat/Immunity

-Curse (To raise Physical & Defense)
-Body Slam- Main STAB Move
-Rest- To gain your Hp back
-Sleep Talk (To maintain Curse boosting & Body Slam using

Explanation- Snorlax is a incredible Special Wall. Fire Types & Ive Types are hopless with its Thick Fat ability. and Immunity is not a bad ability also. With a full HP & And also full Sp.Def you can take a Focus Blast probably like 2-3 Times (Unless a Crit Happens) Curse will lower your speed more but Snorlaxs are naturaly slow. You would wanna have Cursed at least once before Resting. so if Sleep Talk grants you a Body Slam then you will do more damage. But if Sleep Talk grants Curse then More Defensive & Physical Power to you. Snorlax is capable of doing some work and walling but youre gonna have to be patient with it.

Gastrodon-
Calm (+Sp.Def,- Atk)/ Bold (+Def, Atk)
EVs 148 Sp. Def/148 Def, 252 HP
Hold Item- Leftovers
Abilty- Storm Drain/Sticky Hold

-Stockpile
-Scald
-Clear Smog
-Recover

Explanation- Gastrodon is a hell of a wall thanks to Scald and Stockpile. Stockpile will boost your Defenses up to Astounding levels. Probably can even take a Leaf Storm from a Sceptile or something (Maybe?) Scald will stop most Physical Set pokes like Dragonite(If its not holding a Lum Berry) or even better a Terrakion (Not sure if it can take a Banded CC) Clear Smog os a good move cause it stops All Stat boosting Pokes to counter you. i.e. Reunclus with Calm Mind, and Recover is of course to get your HP.

Shedinja
Adamant (+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
EVs (252 Atk, 252 Spd)
Hold Item- Focus Sash
Ability- Wonder Guard

-Swords Dance
-X-Scissor/Dig
-Shadow Sneak
-Toxic/Will-O-Wisp

Now Shedinja is definitely not a good poke under 5th Gen Standards. But if you insist on usuing one. Ill help ya.
Shedinja is instantly wreck if theyre is Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sandstorm & Hail its best to carry a Poke with Sunny Day & Rapid Spin on your team. To keep Shedinja alive now you can Set up a Swords Dance at least twice and X-Scissor the Pokes away. Shadow Sneak the pokes that outspeed you or to finish them. Dig could give you extra turn scouting. a Burn & Poison Stall with additional damage. Will-O-Wisp & Toxic are like a goodbye gift from Shedinja.

Mienshao
Jolly (+Spd, -Sp.Atk)
EVs (252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4HP)
Hold Item- Life Orb
Abilty- Regenerator

-Fake Out
-U-Turn
-Stone Edge
-Hi Jump Kick/Drain Punch

Explanation- Mienshao makes for a good lead. With great stats and a good move pool. You can always start with a Fake Out for Priority and a free Flinch cause noone runs a Inner Focus Poke.. U-Turn is the move that cover its Psychic weakness and ges you away from Danger. (Tentacruel) Stone Edge is well ist Flying Type coverage. But fails if the opponents poke is scarfed. Hi Jump Kick will basically make you or break you... 130 Base Power with STAB & Life Orb will nearly kill a poke. But Drain Punch could be good if you want another move with 100% Accuracy.

Confident Leader-
