Jeff sighed- Stars were just getting the same, nothing interesting was happening- Though it would change, in a few moments. The nerd-like boy had turned to check the Sky Runner's status, when all of a sudden- The ship was given a red shade. He paniced and looked out the window- To see a giant, red, flaming meteor approaching his small ship. There wasn't time to escape- It would-

Bang

The flying machine was hit down from the giant chunk of space, getting sent downwards, in it's direction, to the small suburbs of Onett. The meteor crashed onto the hill, while the spaceship crashed behind- Out of sight.

(So yeah, just start off- Like normal EB!)

Ness awoke, startled by the loud crash that shook the house. Ness rose from his bed, looking around. He threw his blankets off and rushed out of room, in his pajamas. He ran past his sister, Tracy's room. Nes walked into the living room, where he saw his mom. "Ness! Are you trying to sneak outside?" His mom asked. Ness sighed. "Uhhhh..." He scratched the back of his head. "Oh well, I suppose you would sneak out of your room anyway. Well, if you're going out, atleast change out of your jammies!" His mother said. Ness remembered about his pajamas, and chuckled, slightly embarrassed. He ran back to his room, changing into his normal clothes and rushing out the door. He began his trek up the hill, glad there wasn't any Coil snakes or Stray dogs around...

(The Onett police- infamous for their roadblocking. They're going for the record! XD I hope this post didn't suck. Hey, who's controlling Pokeymon?)

(I suppose that you could- If you want. You have a fresher view on him- And... Me? ...Weeeel... I could, though it would be a bit wierd. And you called Ness Nes. XD Like the system! Ness is actualy rearranged SNES, which he's on!)

Jeff groaned, pushing himself out of the Sky Runner's wreckage. His glasses were broken, and a lot of his tools were just broken items again... Well he would need to make another Rocket Launcher... He looked around at the huge hill, wanting to investigate the meteor. The young scientist looked for a way up the mountain, having his gun at ready. He soon saw a boy about his own age, wearing a red hat and a striped shirt...

(You get to meet Jeff! And do I love EB quotes!)

(Hey, it was a typo. I make typoes- you don't need to point out every one of them... .__. Although, now he's just NES. Not super, mwahahaha! I'll control Pokey, and the
roadblocking police.)

Ness saw a roadblock with some police standing there, blocking Ness from the meteorite. He sighed. How would he investigate the meteorite now? He recognized Pokey, his chubby neighbor. "Hey Pokey, what's going on?" Ness asked. Pokey stopped walking around, and ran up to Ness. "Ness! Don't bug the cops- I mean, police. Also, If you want more information about the meteorite, come back tomorrow." Pokey said, grinning. Ness stared quizzically, before shrugging and proceeding home. He noticed a kid about his age, with glasses and a bowtie. Ness raised an eyebrow at the boy. "Woah, who are you? I've never seen you in Onett before... What's your name? I'm Ness." Ness said, shoving his hands into his pockets.

(I forget if meteorite is when it's crashed onto earth, or if its in space. Oh well. I don't remember their exact quotes, so yeah.)

(I wasn't try to be, rude, just making a joke! D:)

"...Uhhh- J-Jeff." the young scientist replied, nervous. "...W-Who are you? ...I- C-Crashed- From that... Meteor... I-I want to investigate it, f-for the sake of Science..." he stutterd again, quickly putting his weapon away. "...M-My glasses are broken, so... D-Don't kill m-me!" he stuttered again, confused.

(Short, but he can't see, and yeah...)

Ness stared curiously at the boy. "Kill you? Even if I were evil and wanted to hurt you, I'm not even armed right now. Uh, I'm Ness. My neighbor said we could see the meteorite tomorrow. So Jeff, do you have a place to stay? There should be a hotel down the hill, in Onett." Ness said, turning around to look at the suburbs below. He turned back to Jeff. "My dad might have left some glasses in my house- maybe I could get them, if they're the right kind..."

(I don't even know what Ness' dad looks like, but whatever.)

(Apparently at the end of Mother 1, you see him. It's a backsprite of a guy in a trench coat (Only his back) calling about some trouble- Though it might be Ninten's (M1's main character, and you only see Lucas' dad! XD) dad, because Ness wakes up from the meteor. [/nerd])

"...My ship crashed- S-So no. I live with my father- In Winters... So- Yeah... I would be most appreciative if you could lend me some glasses, and- I don't think I can get to Onett- Those- Police..." Jeff quietly said, seeing some policemen with a barrier, in the corner of his jagged glasses. "But nice to meet you- Ness. I hope that we can get acquainted well..." the scientist said, puting out his arm to shake.

(Short- But same case, but- *Insert Party Memeber Farefare* Jeff joined your party!)

Ness beckoned for Jeff to follow him, and walked down the hill to his house. "Wait here." Ness told him. He opened his door and slipped inside, shutting it behind him. After a few minutes, he came back outside with black rimmed glasses. "These should be right. I think it's for nearsighted people, but see if they're okay." Ness said as he handed him the glasses.

(Short, but yeah.)

(Dadadadadadadaddadada- DADADADA! Jeff got the glasses! XD)

Jeff happily took the square glasses, andput them on, his eyes adjusting to them. He looked at a broken fogwatch he was trying to fix, and saw his reflection- Not too bad! "Thank you. Now I can easily see again, this repairment should prove very useful in my progressment of technology." he said, making sure that they fit right. "I would like to repay you, though I'm lacking needed skills for this, hopefully I can aquire these soon. Until then I'm in your gratitude. I can't get home, and apparently into town, so- I suppose thsat I can help around your house tonight- If your family is okay with me having guns for emergencies."

(Nerdy Jeff. XD)

Ness nodded. "Okay! I'll ask my mom. You can probably sleep on the couch." Ness opened the door. He walked inside and went up to his mom. "Hey mom, is it okay if Jeff, my new friend, sleeps over? He doesn't have anywhere to sleep, and the police have blocked the path to Onett, so can he stay here? Oh, and he's borrowing Dad's glasses." Ness said. His mom looked at Jeff. "If he turns out to be a lying thief, then King has permission to attack." She said. King, the dog, looked up at hearing his name. "(Eh... Fine. I've got my eye on you.)" King looked at Jeff, laying his head on the floor as if he were going to sleep, but he kept his eyes open. Ness smiled. "We don't have an extra bed, so you can sleep on the bed. Night mom! Night Jeff! Night King! Night boogerhead!" Ness opened his sister's door and said that last part into her room, earning a "HEY! Shut up!" from Tracy. Ness opened his door and went inside, changing into his pajamas and hopping into bed.


(Paranoid mom. Also, I've always imagined Ness and his sister to tease eachother.)

(Ness sorta seems like that, though Tacy seems nice, I mean she's like running Escargo Express, just for him!)

Jeff slowly walked in, getting lead to the couch and setting up his area. He pulled over a little end table, and put down the broken fog watch. Soon enough everyone wa sasleep, but he started working, looking through some draws- Without permission- Buuut, it wouldn't matter, once he made his item. He worked through the night, making a combonation, of string, watch, and- loop. Soon enough he had made a yo-yo watch, more so known as a 'Time-yo.' or as Jeff dubbed it. He soon fell asleep at 4 in the morning- Exhauseted.

(I suppose it'll stop time for a few seconds! ^^)

At about 5:43, there was an annoying loud pounding at the door. Ness woke up from the annoying pounding, and rushed to the living room. His mom was awake, and looking unhappy. "Ness, can you answer the door? That pounding is really annoying." His mom said. Ness walked towards the door, and opened it before the person could knock more. It was Pokey. "Oh! Ness! Nice jammies. Hey, Picky is gone! I bet the police have something to do with it... Oh, hello Ma'am. Looking good as usual." Pokey snickered after he said that. "I think we can see the meteorite now... And Picky! We have to find Picky!" Pokey said. "If you're going out, change out of your jammies!" Ness' mom said. Ness nodded (Okay! Lol) and ran to his room, coming back out in his usual attire, red cap, striped shirt, shorts, red shoes and a backpack. "Also, you need to defend yourself. Tracy has a Cracked Bat in her room, and you can take King along." Ness' mom said. Ness went to his sister's room, and walked inside. "Hey, can I borrow your bat?" Ness asked. "Sure." Tracy simply said, walking around her room. Ness opened the present. Inside, there was a Cracked Bat! Ness takes it. He walked back into the room. "Jeff, you should come too!" Ness said. Pokey went up to Ness. "Let's go." He said. Pokey joined your party! King joined your party! With everyone following, Ness headed out the front door, and was attacked by a Stray Dog!

(Oh yeah. I'm keeping an EB feel to it by putting those messages that show your actions in the post. XD )

(Jeff only got a hour and a half of sleep. XD)

Jeff mumbled, and groaned a bit, getting up. He barley got sleep... But whatever, he supposed. He adjusted his glasses, and grabbed his 'Time-yo' and followed Ness.

Ness caught the strange yo-yo, and eyed it curiously. The dog howled, before growling fiercely at the four. King lunged for it, biting it in the side. The stray dog yelped, and jumped away. Pokey fell to the ground, playing dead... Ness took his new yo-yo, and let it fly at the dog. The yo-yo came onto contact with the dog's head, sending a few feet back. The Stray Dog became tame! The dog ran away. Ness played with the Time-yo for a few seconds, before putting it back and continuing up the hill. Soon, a Spiteful Crow swooped down down and attacked!

(Pokey played dead. XD I suppose Jeff can have the first move.)

Jeff sighed, this town apparently became dangerous at night.

• Spiteful Crow attacked!

Jeff quickly drew his gun, flicking it in the air a bit, before gripping it, and aiming at the crow. The gun fired, smashing into the birds wing, as it came down, and pecked at Jeff's eyes! The scientist screamed, as he rolled down, trying to kick off the bird, shooting it too.


(Short, but it's a battle. I assume that we're doing one of each type of enemy? ...And I call Starman Jr.!)

Ness acted quickly, and raised his bat behind his head. He SMAAAASHED the crow with glasses, sending a few feet back. Pokey acted all innocent! King bit the bird by the wing, swinging it around in his mouth. He slammed it against the ground, and growled. The Spiteful Crow squawked, before attacking Ness! Ness took damage, and took out his Time-yo. He charged it up, and then, time seemed to stop. Ness jumped behind the bird while time was paused. To the crow, Ness seemed to disappear! Ness grinned and let the Time-yo fly, smashing into the unsuspecting bird. It skidded across the ground, flying away the best it could. Ness grabbed Jeff's hand, and pulled him up. "You okay? How did you make that yo-yo?" Ness asked.

(I suppose that's how the Time-yo works, unless you had something different in mind?)

(That's it.)

"Quite simply- Took a fog watch, some string, a donut-thing, and some nuclear element found during time travel. Quite simple." Jeff, said, after getting up. He blew off his gun, wondering if Ness would ask about his gun- That he used more than the yo-yo. Soon enough- The group had made it to the meteor. "Hm... This is quite interesting, I'll have to take some samples from this- I wonder what's in it..." the scientist quietly said, walking forwards to take a sample from the rock. He poked at it with some tweezers, digging into the front.

(I suppose that Buzz Buzz will come out in your post, like the rock Jeff takes out Buzz Buzz will come out of, so... Yeah.)
