Elite Four (Best Teams) Training/guide
hey everybody who actually reads this lol i have a few teams for anyone who needs one for training. what i am saying is a team that is BEAST and you can still train a pokemon in your party with an exp share Smile

i have a few teams in mind but i'll post the first one that is the best:

Lucario: Level 100
Moves:
Dragon Pulse
Close Combat
Force Palm
Extremespeed

Rayquaza: Level 100:
Moves:
Flamethrower
Eartquake
Ice Beam
Fly

Swampert (or any water type rlly): level 100
Moves:
Mud Shot
Protect
Surf
Strength

There are two options next:
Spiritomb or Deoxys (i prefer defense form, but its up to you):
i know its hard to get either of these...but if you get one of them, you will love them Smile
Spiritomb: Level 100
Moves:
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Silver Wind
Thunder

Deoxys: Level 100
Moves:
Psychic
Protect (if you have defense form, if not have this as Psycho Boost)
Shadow Ball

once again two choices for the next pokemon...
Blaziken: level 100 (i prefer Blaziken)
Moves:
Sky Uppercut
Blaze Kick
Fire Blast
Brave Bird

Sceptile: Level 100
Moves:
Leaf Blade
Leaf Storm
Dynamic Punch
False Swipe

whenever i face the elite four, i use this team because its really good and i can get through the elite four in less than 15 minutes.

i also go in clockwise order, so i put deoxys/spiritomb in front. i know that deoxys is a psychic, but in defense form, it can go through the whole team and still be alive.

with the dark type elite four, i use Lucario, but do watch out for his evolution on sandile (the final one i forgot the name) because it CAN one hit K-O Lucario with Earthquake...so use close combat RIGHT when it comes out.

with the Psychic Elite Four, use Deoxys first, but when she sends out, sigilyph, bronzong, or metagross, send out Rayquaza and use flamethrower on bronzong and metagross, then use flamthrower/ice beam on sigilyph. then switch back the deoxys for the last few of hers.

then lastly, with the fighting type elite four, use deoxys for the whole team, but with his sawk, watch for the ability, sturdy, because it can withstand any moves that can one hit K-O it.

then with Alder, just use really anything on him cause you can sweep through him pretty easily.

if you want any more teams/ guides for this game just message me and ill create one Smile

As this is a guide, this would be best off going in the Game Guides forum. I'm sure a mod will move it if you ask.

Well... Any Level 100 Pokemon (Especially a full team of them) can sweep through the Elite Four and the Champion pretty easily...
Still a nice guide.^^

yes true but if you just have any lvl 100's you can win, but if you want to get through the elite four as fast as possible AND train a pokemon, then the team above is one of your best choices but you can change the team to your liking Smile

Really just any decent single level 100 pokemon should be able to sweep the E4 teams without taking a hit imo...

Pearl FC: 3008 3694 9125
Platinum FC: 0216 9472 1755

Yup.

I remember getting my 100th victory against the Elite 4 on Sapphire - 96 of which were with me just using my Level 100 Kyogre. And the other 3 were me leveling it from 90-something to 100. XD

Bad idea to have 2 same type moves, try to choose best one that goes good with stats/ and if its good in sp. attack or attack..

Otherwise really cool guide *thumbs up* Smile

Actually, you can get a level 50 Riolu in Challanger Cave. It is accessible after you defeat the Elite Four, and has many different Pokemon in it including Sableye and Licktung. All you really have to do is breed the Riolu and you can EV train and stuff the baby with Vitamins.

I bite my loved ones. I bite the ones who I hate. But, most of all, I bite all of those that are important to me.
