Anyhoots, my favorites would be, in a complied list below, in no particular order. Just how I thought of them:

• Pokémon Stadium
• Pokémon Rumble
• Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Time/Sky/Darkness
• Pokémon Ranger/Shadows of Almia (I've yet to play Guardian Signs, but I will)
• Pokémon Battle Revolution (the graphics are so awesome. I hope they make on for Gen V)
• Pokémon Colosseum/XD: Gale of Darkness
• Emerald Version/LeafGreen Version
• Diamond/Platinum Versions
• Black Version (because I'm black)
• Ruby & Sapphire: Pinball
• Yellow Version
• Crystal Version

I think I dug into my memory and found all of them. I can't shake the feeling that I forgot something. Also, Big Cheese, I hope RS get remakes, too. With Gen V style. <33

Emerald. Soul silver. And I just now started leaf green an like it pretty good. Pokemon snap is also a great game.

Pokemon mystery dungeon explores of time. I have beten the hole game.

I never really liked the mystery dungeon games or the rangers :/

Anyway, my top five favorites from greatest to least are:

• Diamond
• Blue Rescue Team
• Rumble
• Battle Revolution
• Leaf Green
  

Wow. never expected to find so much posts on one of my threads.
My faves are as follows: (no order)
-Pokemon XD gale of darkness
-Pokemon Dungeon, Explorers of time.
-Pokemon Rumble blast
-Pokemon Black
-Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald
And theres lots more but I cant name them all.

I like Pokemon Emerald, Platinum, and Blue the most.

I like emerald and soul silver the most. Emerald because it was my first game and the battle frontier. I like soul silver because they had 2 regions, 16 gym badges and an overall longer story line. Notable mentions to mystery dungeon blue and explorers of the sky as well.

Of course HeartGold! First and Second Generations are my favourites. And when we compare first generation games to second generation games, best is HG/SS, right? Visually, technically, HG/SS are perfect. Love it :3

Pokemon Ruby/Emerald. I've never played Sapphire but Hoenn Was Awesome.... other then the fact that after the Elite Four there wasn't much to do....
