Any Pokemon that has a stron bond with its trainer will. Yet, particulary Lucario and/or Riolu.

Gardevoir. It actually will create a small black hole.

What the heck are you talking about?

She thinks that a Pokemon with strong bonds means Happiness, and a Riolu evolves with Happiness, but she misinterpreted the question.
