As if heart pieces and weapon upgrades weren't enough, Nintendo decided to add 6 thousand other collectible items to extend gameplay.

"HERPA why don't you collect 599 skull necklaces. I need them for my special death shrine. You didn't hear that last part"

The greatest part is that none of the collectible items did anything, they were just used to get more items. Circular gaming is circular.

But yeah, the art was nice.
