Ooh, I guess I should mention here that I'm a pretty avid Pokesaver ^.~ (Like, to the point that I actually haxed myself all the final evolutions of every Pokemon, male and female, for my Platinum file, and outside of a few slip-ups they all got through PBR as legit XD It took me three months non-stop though so there's no way I'm doing something like that for someone else O.o)
I also do hex editing, so I can come up with stuff like ???-type Arceus... (Can't guarantee if its Judgment is ???-type or not though, I haven't actually used it in battle

)
I usually do my work on my Platinum save since I don't wanna tamper with my HG save yet, guess I should add my Platinum FC to my sig sometime soon

i wouldnt have thought you would need to be told that a pokemon can be any nature..?
Guess I can prove myself helpful while I'm still up; a PID, or Personality ID, is a pseudorandom value that is determined by a Pokemon's Nature, Gender, Ability, and whether or not it's Shiny. (And possibly IVs, not 100% certain of that though.) PIDs that are assigned to a Pokemon can never be changed, like its IVs. They also have certain algorithms according to whether or not the Pokemon was, say, caught in the wild, or if it was hatched from an egg.
If I were to assume you were using Pokesav now, and let's say you wanted to come up with a Pokemon that hatched from an egg (which is a great way to make those all-31 IVs look legit ;)), in Pokesav you could just press "Generate" and you could get away with using any PID Pokesav generates for you, because eggs are awesome like that.
HOWEVER, if you're going for something like a Pokemon caught in the wild, let's say Lugia in SS, you're going to need a specific value or else the Pokemon will not be legal because it requires a specific algorithm type. In this case, you would use the PID/IV generator, which will generate a variety of PIDs according to the IVs you've inputted for that Pokemon.
Event Pokemon, on the other hand, have completely unique PIDs that you can't generate in Pokesav, so you'd need a legit ripped .pkm file for those ^^'
Sorry if all that sounds confusing, people often complain about me being way too verbose when I explain stuff XD
