I want to defeat the pokemon league so I can goto the battle frontier but I need help.

Lugia 58(Kyo's Lugia with all Hms moves.... sadly.)

u should really changed defog for lugia.... XD xoxoxoxoxo........
uhhmmmmm and staraptors wing attack change it cuz u already have aerial ace which is neat.
how about putting brave bird to staraptor and leftover.

This should be your gengar

Psychic, Shadow Ball, Giga Drain, Thunder/Thunderbolt

This should be your Machamp

Cross Chop/Dynamic Punch (NO GUARD ABILITY FOR MACHAMP), Ice Punch, Earthquake, Rock Slide

This should be your Giratina

Shadow Force, Dragon Claw, Earthquake/Stone Edge, Thunderbolt

Luxray is fine. It's a pretty mediocre pokemon, but it's fine.

Lugia should be this

Dragon Pulse, Aeroblast, Calm Mind, Surf

You can use an in game team against people, it doesn't make it competitive.
