Might as well post my Nuzlocke challenge here
Nuzlocke Challenge 2: Electric Boogaloo
Rules I had put up:
1. Generic Nuzlocke rules
2. No healing items during battle
3. Donated/Revived Pokémon do not count as caught for that area. However, a hatched Pokémon does.
4. If a Pokémon in the area is the same/same evolutionary line, you cannot catch it.
5. Team Rotation is allowed.
Part 1: Unova and other Drugs.
Save Location: Accumula Town/Route 2 gate
Current Team:
Whatwatt, Oshawatt (Female) (Level: 8)
Adamant
Kibbles, Shiny Lillipup (Male) (Level: 7)
Gentle

The game starts as normal; boring as hell. All flashy 3D rubbish, but clichéd, wooden and silly characters. I chose to be a boy, as always. And named myself Tyro. Then introduced to the two other clichéd and cardboard monsters who will be following me and disrupting my important journey.
AUTUMN
Bored as hell still, okay I get you're zooming into my house, but its not needed. Then Cheren talks to me as if he's been poorly translated - oh wait - and then the ditz Bianca walks in and her theme tune plays, there's a tiny, incy wincy bit of non-player back-story before we zoom back into catchin' monz. I thought, seeing as this is Nuzlocke, even my starter should be randomised. So, I closed my eyes and mashed the left and right buttons to see what starter I got...
Oshawatt.
I guess its okay, the only other water type in the game that is good is Tirtouga, so atleast I have a surfable Pokémon. Bianca picks Tepig, probably because its cute or something. And Cheren gets stuck with smugleaf, which suits his character, as they are both muted, forgotten ideas.
Obtained Whatwatt (Oshawatt)
My first battle, against Bianca.
Easy as pie. Even with her Tepid, I still managed to beat the tar out of that ditz. Of course, she used tonnes of tail whips and I got constant critical hits, but I assume the lucky mechanism is multiplied to prevent idiots from losing their first battles and me losing whatwatt.
So we managed to mess up the room with three tackles and three tail whips. Then there was some story, which is never continued, I'd love to have to go back to Nuvema and have to converse with Mom again, but that never happens. Instead, we battle Cardboard and Smugleaf.
He is naturally harder than Bianca, but still as easy to kill as a wounded half-cooked baby bird. And then I realised, whatwatt is female. Oh well. After four tackles and a barrage of leers and tackles, he and the ditz went downstairs to apologise to mom.
I checked out Whatwatt's stats and nature, adamant natured. Oh well, I guess Surf won't happen then. On the bright side, Razor Shell and all of her physical based moves will work like a charm. I go downstairs, they thank mom and run away. I'm left to deal with the passive-aggressive put downs of mom. She then heals Whatwatt and then I'm on my way.
Well, kinda.
I gotta go see the professor, But Cardboard is in the way, and in an out-of-character lapse, he says totally. I guess it was meant for Cardboard to have the fight with his parents, but they changed it lazily and left in the dialogue.
Then we see an interesting character muted and left to only reside in two scenes; Bianca's dad. It would have been interesting to see what his backstory is and why he's all 'No! No! A thousand times, no!" But I guess I'll have to care later.
Back to the ditz. She leaves the house and I follow her and Cardboard into the lab. I guess this is where I can nickname my Oshawatt. Already given her a petname, guess that'll be her nickname too. Whatwatt it is. Then we have dialogue on the Pokédex and every button is mashed. I obtained the Pokédex and ran off. But, nope! I get a Town Map to take up space, I guess its for morons.
Time to go to Route 1. Pointless 'lets show how much the characters know eachother by doing something people don't actually do!' We all stepped together into Route 1 and then all went to see Professor Breasts catch a Patrat. I hoped to god that my first Pokémon I saw was not one of those abominations.
I walked into grass, and out popped a Lillipup.
But there was something different about this bro.
He was no ordinary bro.
He was shiny.
After a tackle, and 1 Poké Ball, he was caught.
Obtained Kibbles (Shiny Lillipup)
He has pickup too, so he's like really useful.
On the way to Accumula Town, I then got some call, I mashed buttons all the way through and walked in. With my path blocked off, I had to go through the eye-burning guide to Pokémon Centres. I don't remember any of the older games telling me how to work Pokémon Centres, seriously, game developers, wat.
More storyline, its really heavy in the early game, and then, later on its like 'lol do wat u want, idc.' Blah blah blah, go away Gaytsis. Enn came up and I battled, for some reason. I don't get him, he wants Pokémon set free, but uses them to battle? wat.
After growls and scratches and generally boring events, he was beaten and no lives were lost. I guess Enn is also doing some Nuzlocke challenge, because we know he doesn't have Glameow after this. Thanks to the helpful tips, I knew how to heal my Pokémon. I left to route 2. Saved and left it for tomorrow.
(Seeing as Parts 2 and 3 are up on Brofisk)
Part 2 (1st Half): Critical Hits, Arrogance and a dash of Cannon Fodder
Save Location: Outside Nacrene City Gym
Team (Before Events):
Whatwatt, Oshawatt (Female) (Level: 8)
Adamant
Kibbles, Shiny Lillipup (Male) (Level: 7)
Gentle
Events:
So I left through the gate, and the last thread of mom development clutches and grabs onto my heels as she calls me and gives me the shoes that permit to run. I then run into the grass to see what my next team member will be...
...Purrloin.
I threw one Poké Ball at her, and caught her. Then the problem came up, what name could I call her? If she was male, I'd have named her Oskar, but seeing as she was female, I had to come up with something witty and amusing.
...Cheezburger.
Obtained Cheezburger (Purrloin)
So I decided to train Cheezburger so that she would be at the same level and ability as Whatwatt and Kibbles and her first battle begun. A level 5 Lillipup, a scratch from her did minimal damage and the Lillipup got a critical hit with a tackle which managed to knock Cheezburger down to half health. Using scratch again and praying for a critical hit, Cheezburger did minimal damage again and Lillipup got another critical hit. This knocked Cheezburger out, and killed her.
Lost Cheezburger, damn those critical hits.
Following a barrage of irritating trainers spouting absolute crap, I made it to the point where I would battle the ditz. Whatwatt and Kibbles were on rather low health, this made me panic. I did not want to lose my shiny within the first hour of him having been caught. However, I had no choice, and the ditz is pretty easy all the time, so the battle began.
It started as her Lillipup against Kibbles, being three levels higher than hers, Kibbles took down her Lillipup in two tackles and I switched Whatwatt in to battle her Tepid. Again, my Pokémon was a higher level than hers, so I had a massive advantage. Her Tepid burnt Whatwatt, but that didn't matter, as I was spamming Water Guns.
She was taken down and I didn't lose another soul...yet. Reaching Striation City, I immediately took shelter in the Pokémon Centre, buried Cheezburger and healed my two alive ones. Before tackling cardboard, I wanted to add a third onto my team. So, I decided to push my way through the early parts of the Dreamyard.
The trainers were generally easy, with predictable moves and weak Pokémon. I had some irritation from the growl-spammign lass, but it was nothing Whatwatt and Kibbles couldn't handle. Also being gifted a Poké Ball from Kibbles' Pick-Up, the Dream Yard seemed to be the perfect choice to go to before the gym. The second trainer was also easy, his patrat and lillipup defences seemed to go easily. Especially because Whatwatt was spamming Water Gun. Then, Whatwatt suddenly went down to red health against the youngster's lillipup. A luckily placed critical hit from Whatwatt knocked the Lillipup out before he could do the same to Whatwatt.
I then reached the girl who gives out the free Pokémon. I got Pansear, as I had no choice, and decided to name him Carrot Top.
Obtained Carrot Top (Pansear)
I then ran to the trainer school, ready to pummel the poo out of Cardboard. It started as Whatwatt against his Snivy...
...samn.
I forgot to heal her.
In my head, my arrogance from before had gotten to me...it must have. I thought I could get another critical hit. I didn't switch her out...one vinewhip from cardboard's smugleaf and it was all over for Whatwatt...
Lost Whatwatt (Damn, I'm dumb)
Pausing for a moment to regain my composure, the battle continued. I switched in Carrot Top and he took down Smugleaf with a couple of incinerates. Kibbles then destroyed Cardboard's Purrloin. After the battle, I mourned Whatwatt and sent him to his grave, Box 1 in the PC.
It was me and two Pokémon again; Kibbles and Carrot Top. We left for the gym and conversed with Chilli or Chipotle or whatever its name is. Kibbles easily took down the Gym Trainers, and we journeyed towards our benchmark, the first Gym Leader; Charmander.
It then dawned on me; every single trainer in the beginning of the game had a Lillipup, why? I dunno, but it felt kinda relevant. My Lillipup, Kibbles, is the top percentage of Lillipups...
I'm starting to sound like Joey.
Anyway, the battle between me and Chapstick began. Kibbles versus his Lillipup, a tackle from me did significant damage while it was working up. Another tackle brought it down to red health, but Chandler healed his Pokémon. Kibbles used a tackle and then bite, bringing the Lillipup down.
It was then the battle of the monkeys. Chomp sent out his Pansage and I sent out Carrot Top. A work Up from Pansage and an incinerate from Carrot Top...and it did no damage. So I decided, it may be the sacrifice of Carrot Top, but I was to make Pansage as weak as possible, so Kibbles could take it down in one hit. A lick paralysed the idiot and a couple of leers left it incredibly weak. This battle was going to end only one way, with me winning. With the Pansage down to red health, his final Vine Whip took down Carrot Top and I cringed, not because I had lost another, but the fact that Kibbles may move second...
He didn't.
While I may have lost Carrot Top, I beat Chariot and his two Pokémon. Getting me the first Gym Badge.
Lost Carrot Top (Cannon Fodder, I am sorry)
I obtained the first Gym Badge and TM 83. I taught Work Up to Kibbles and then got dragged to Fennel's house. With no time to bury Carrot Top, I was forced into a dark, attic-like room surrounded by computers and electrical appliances. I had been told 'get me the Dream Mist by midnight, or you will not live to see the next day.' I had no other option, I had to go and get the Dream Mist.
I left for the Dream Yard again, hoping that the first Pokémon I would see would be a Munna, I'd like a Psychic Type. After some storyline and beating the tar out of some high cosplayers, I found myself rummaging through the grass. Hoping the first Pokémon seen would be a Munna, I suddenly found myself in a battle...
Horry Hell, it was a Munna.
Having to come up with some clever name for Munna, I decided to say 'Jib It' and I called her Hilary.
Obtained Hilary (Munna)
I trained Hilary for a little bit, and then left to see Fennel again. Telling her that my mission was complete. I received useless nuisance as a reward and I left, healing my two team members in the Pokémon Centre. My next destination was Route 3 and the catching of the legendary Blitzle or Pidove.
Quick Intermission

Psybeam
Defence Curl

Part 2 (Second Half): Man I hate Lenora
Route 3 started normally, really. It was battles of me against some idiots, training Kibbles and Hilary up, one staller battle was Hilary against another Munna, both of them used Yawn first. Neither of us had supereffective moves, nor healing items. So it was down to luck. Hilary won.
They were both Level 14 by the time I had to face that double battle, in which Hilary was useless in. Actually, Yawn was kinda useful and lucky chant prevented any critical hits. The battle ended quickly with no fatalities. Then I faced my mortal enemy, the reason Whatwatt was no longer with me; Cardboard.
Kibbles did the battling for this one, seeing as I want him to evolve quick and soon. And we quickly won, I miss you Whatwatt.
Then, suddenly, out of nowhere. STORYLINE. No time for that though, Nuzlocke challenge is more important. I cursed under my breathe, well, actually, out loud. The first Pokémon I saw for Route 3 was a Lillipup, no catching for me this route. Well, that cave would suffice for Pokémon. This first Pokémon seen was a Woobat which I accidentally knocked out. Oh well, no new Pokémon until Outer-Pinwheel. Storyline was completed pretty quickly and I returned to moving forward in the game.
After a couple of trainers, Kibbles reached level 16 and evolved. It felt brilliant to watch my efforts in a shiny pokémon evolve. By the time I got to the gate, both of my Pokémon were level 18. Another meeting with Cardboard where he told me where the Pokémon centre was and gave me some berries. Before even considering doing Nacrene City gym, I went to Outer-Pinwheel Forest to get a Third Pokémon.
Damn.
A wild Tympole. Quickly caught, I named Tympole 'Policlone.' I then trained him for a while and then went to the gym to earn my second badge.
Obtained Policlone (Tympole)
I then went to battle Enn again. Policlone fared pretty well against him actually, the only struggle was against his Tympole, which hit with supersonic EVERY SINGLE TIME. Timburr was easily taken down and Pidove the same, Tympole seemed to be a good catch and I'm beginning to wonder why I never caught one before.
I returned to the Museum, did the pointless, kinda foreshadowing tour and then ran into the Gym-part. I battled all of the trainers and then it was time. The second gym battle would begin.
I usually hate Lenora, her Pokémon are like level 20 at the silliest point. But some grindan work done by myself means all my Pokémon are level 20 before battling her. So I do not get surprised.
Long story short; I beat her. She had no surprises this time, no critical hits and no lucky constant hypnoses.

So then some storyline happened, which I mashed the A-button through, because the Black/White storyline is boring as hell and illogical. I get introduced to some future gym leader and then the ditz and cardboard tell me something. I get given item #1837 that I will never use and I continue onwards to inner-Pinwheel.
After the Sewaddle double-battle, Hilary leveled up to level 21 and I decided Policlone needed some help. The Sandile battle was pretty annoying, especially because of Sand-attack spamming, but it all settled well. Then I ran into the grass, and a Sewaddle was the first 'mon I saw.
Of course I caught her.
Obtained Doubtfire (Sewaddle)
Turning my focuses onto Doubtfire, I trained her to level 21 and continued through the 1%'s occupation of Pinwheel Forest.
Evolved Doubtfire (Swadloon)
Moving my focus back to Policlone, I started to train him against the 1% and the Pokémon Rangers, or riot police. In this situation, Mud Shot and Bubblebeam were extremely useful. Policlone reached level 21 and my focuses moved back to Kibbles.
After some more riot police and one random kid, Kibbles reached 21. After several more trainers and 1%, I finished the occupation and was given a moon stone for my efforts, I guess it will be useful for Hilary when I'm ready to evolve her, at level 29, or 47. I then beat the rest of the trainers and journeyed across the mahoosive bridge towards Castelia.
Wanting my Pokémon to be level 22 before even attempting the third gym, easy as it is, I headed to that tower thing where you battle all those dicks. Hilary being my focus at the start of it. She soon reached level 22, within two battles in fact, so I switched my attentions to Kibbles. Kibbles also quickly reached level 22. In my cycle, I started training Doubtfire again, hoping she would evolve soon.
Note to self: Basculin are good experience hounds.
Two Basculin got her to level 23 and...damn, she didn't evolve. Back to Policlone. The cycle went on like this, actually getting my 'mons to level 23 before going against Burge.
Trying to break my chain, for the minor storyline part, I used Policlone first. Quickly reaching level 24, after 1 1% and 2 Gym Trainers, Hilary came next. A critical hit'd faint attack did 100% damage to her...and knocked her out.
Lost Hilary (GOD DAMN CRITICAL HITS)
Kibbles was next for training. It was a pretty easy task, too. A couple of trainers and; job done! Then I decided, I had lost Hilary, Whatwatt, Carrot Top and Cheezburger, I will retire Kibbles for the time being. Critical hits are too unpredictable. Right after the Gym, right after the Gym.
The Gym battle began, and I immediately shat myself. I forgot to heal Kibbles, he was down to low health, right near the red. Well, his first Pokémon is a Whirlipede anyway, so y'know, it would have been easy/
Critical Hit.
No
No
Damn
Poison Tail did critical hit and knocked Kibbles out.
Lost Kibbles (ARGH CRITICAL HITS)
Policlone took care of Whirlipede, Burge or Burgh or whatever his name is switched to Leavanny, so I switched to Doubtfire. A battle of titans. However, not really, all Leavanny did was spam Struggle Bug so 2 Bug Bites from Doubtfire did the trick. Doubtfire grew to level 24, so, for Dwebble, I switched back to Policlone. A single Bubblebeam took out Dwebble and Policlone grew to level 25. Hell yeah. Both evolved; Doubtfire into Leavanny and Policlone into Palpitoad.
Evolved Doubtfire (Leavanny)
Evolved Policlone (Palpitoad)
I guess the gains sort-a barely matched the losses. Poor Kibbles, I'm retarded. Back down to two Pokémon...
I went back to Pinwheel and trained Leavanny (Doubtfire) up to level 25. So both would be even. I had to go battle the ditz again, oh well, she's always a piece of pie. Thinking about it now, wouldn't it have been cool if Mom had a Leavanny in the house? Jus' saying it would be cool.
The battle with the ditz lasted thirty seconds and I destroyed her. She ran away crying or something, me sitting there wondering why she's the worst character and she's the one getting all the character development. I immediately went out to seek my Pokémon from Route 4, heh Darumaka. Okay, I guess. Caught.
Caught Enid (Darumaka)
Trained Enid for a while and then saved. Too much mourning.
Current Team:
Policlone, Palpitoad (Level 26, male)
Docile, Hydration
Mud Shot
Supersonic
Uproar
Bubblebeam
Doubtfire, Leavanny (Level 25, female)
Brave, Swarm

Enid, Darumaka (Level 25, female)
