Might as well post my Nuzlocke challenge here
Nuzlocke Challenge 2: Electric Boogaloo

Rules I had put up:
1. Generic Nuzlocke rules
2. No healing items during battle
3. Donated/Revived Pokémon do not count as caught for that area. However, a hatched Pokémon does.
4. If a Pokémon in the area is the same/same evolutionary line, you cannot catch it.
5. Team Rotation is allowed.

Part 1: Unova and other Drugs.

Save Location: Accumula Town/Route 2 gate
Current Team:
Whatwatt, Oshawatt (Female) (Level: 8)
Adamant

Kibbles, Shiny Lillipup (Male) (Level: 7)
Gentle

Events:

The game starts as normal; boring as hell. All flashy 3D rubbish, but clichéd, wooden and silly characters. I chose to be a boy, as always. And named myself Tyro. Then introduced to the two other clichéd and cardboard monsters who will be following me and disrupting my important journey.

AUTUMN

Bored as hell still, okay I get you're zooming into my house, but its not needed. Then Cheren talks to me as if he's been poorly translated - oh wait - and then the ditz Bianca walks in and her theme tune plays, there's a tiny, incy wincy bit of non-player back-story before we zoom back into catchin' monz. I thought, seeing as this is Nuzlocke, even my starter should be randomised. So, I closed my eyes and mashed the left and right buttons to see what starter I got...

Oshawatt.

I guess its okay, the only other water type in the game that is good is Tirtouga, so atleast I have a surfable Pokémon. Bianca picks Tepig, probably because its cute or something. And Cheren gets stuck with smugleaf, which suits his character, as they are both muted, forgotten ideas.

Obtained Whatwatt (Oshawatt)

My first battle, against Bianca.

Easy as pie. Even with her Tepid, I still managed to beat the tar out of that ditz. Of course, she used tonnes of tail whips and I got constant critical hits, but I assume the lucky mechanism is multiplied to prevent idiots from losing their first battles and me losing whatwatt.

So we managed to mess up the room with three tackles and three tail whips. Then there was some story, which is never continued, I'd love to have to go back to Nuvema and have to converse with Mom again, but that never happens. Instead, we battle Cardboard and Smugleaf.

He is naturally harder than Bianca, but still as easy to kill as a wounded half-cooked baby bird. And then I realised, whatwatt is female. Oh well. After four tackles and a barrage of leers and tackles, he and the ditz went downstairs to apologise to mom.

I checked out Whatwatt's stats and nature, adamant natured. Oh well, I guess Surf won't happen then. On the bright side, Razor Shell and all of her physical based moves will work like a charm. I go downstairs, they thank mom and run away. I'm left to deal with the passive-aggressive put downs of mom. She then heals Whatwatt and then I'm on my way.

Well, kinda.

I gotta go see the professor, But Cardboard is in the way, and in an out-of-character lapse, he says totally. I guess it was meant for Cardboard to have the fight with his parents, but they changed it lazily and left in the dialogue.

Then we see an interesting character muted and left to only reside in two scenes; Bianca's dad. It would have been interesting to see what his backstory is and why he's all 'No! No! A thousand times, no!" But I guess I'll have to care later.

Back to the ditz. She leaves the house and I follow her and Cardboard into the lab. I guess this is where I can nickname my Oshawatt. Already given her a petname, guess that'll be her nickname too. Whatwatt it is. Then we have dialogue on the Pokédex and every button is mashed. I obtained the Pokédex and ran off. But, nope! I get a Town Map to take up space, I guess its for morons.

Time to go to Route 1. Pointless 'lets show how much the characters know eachother by doing something people don't actually do!' We all stepped together into Route 1 and then all went to see Professor Breasts catch a Patrat. I hoped to god that my first Pokémon I saw was not one of those abominations.

I walked into grass, and out popped a Lillipup.

But there was something different about this bro.

He was no ordinary bro.

He was shiny.

After a tackle, and 1 Poké Ball, he was caught.

Obtained Kibbles (Shiny Lillipup)

He has pickup too, so he's like really useful.

On the way to Accumula Town, I then got some call, I mashed buttons all the way through and walked in. With my path blocked off, I had to go through the eye-burning guide to Pokémon Centres. I don't remember any of the older games telling me how to work Pokémon Centres, seriously, game developers, wat.

More storyline, its really heavy in the early game, and then, later on its like 'lol do wat u want, idc.' Blah blah blah, go away Gaytsis. Enn came up and I battled, for some reason. I don't get him, he wants Pokémon set free, but uses them to battle? wat.

After growls and scratches and generally boring events, he was beaten and no lives were lost. I guess Enn is also doing some Nuzlocke challenge, because we know he doesn't have Glameow after this. Thanks to the helpful tips, I knew how to heal my Pokémon. I left to route 2. Saved and left it for tomorrow.

(Seeing as Parts 2 and 3 are up on Brofisk)

Part 2 (1st Half): Critical Hits, Arrogance and a dash of Cannon Fodder

Save Location: Outside Nacrene City Gym
Team (Before Events):
Whatwatt, Oshawatt (Female) (Level: 8)
Adamant

Kibbles, Shiny Lillipup (Male) (Level: 7)
Gentle

Events:

So I left through the gate, and the last thread of mom development clutches and grabs onto my heels as she calls me and gives me the shoes that permit to run. I then run into the grass to see what my next team member will be...

...Purrloin.

I threw one Poké Ball at her, and caught her. Then the problem came up, what name could I call her? If she was male, I'd have named her Oskar, but seeing as she was female, I had to come up with something witty and amusing.

...Cheezburger.

Obtained Cheezburger (Purrloin)

So I decided to train Cheezburger so that she would be at the same level and ability as Whatwatt and Kibbles and her first battle begun. A level 5 Lillipup, a scratch from her did minimal damage and the Lillipup got a critical hit with a tackle which managed to knock Cheezburger down to half health. Using scratch again and praying for a critical hit, Cheezburger did minimal damage again and Lillipup got another critical hit. This knocked Cheezburger out, and killed her.

Lost Cheezburger, damn those critical hits.

Following a barrage of irritating trainers spouting absolute crap, I made it to the point where I would battle the ditz. Whatwatt and Kibbles were on rather low health, this made me panic. I did not want to lose my shiny within the first hour of him having been caught. However, I had no choice, and the ditz is pretty easy all the time, so the battle began.

It started as her Lillipup against Kibbles, being three levels higher than hers, Kibbles took down her Lillipup in two tackles and I switched Whatwatt in to battle her Tepid. Again, my Pokémon was a higher level than hers, so I had a massive advantage. Her Tepid burnt Whatwatt, but that didn't matter, as I was spamming Water Guns.

She was taken down and I didn't lose another soul...yet. Reaching Striation City, I immediately took shelter in the Pokémon Centre, buried Cheezburger and healed my two alive ones. Before tackling cardboard, I wanted to add a third onto my team. So, I decided to push my way through the early parts of the Dreamyard.

The trainers were generally easy, with predictable moves and weak Pokémon. I had some irritation from the growl-spammign lass, but it was nothing Whatwatt and Kibbles couldn't handle. Also being gifted a Poké Ball from Kibbles' Pick-Up, the Dream Yard seemed to be the perfect choice to go to before the gym. The second trainer was also easy, his patrat and lillipup defences seemed to go easily. Especially because Whatwatt was spamming Water Gun. Then, Whatwatt suddenly went down to red health against the youngster's lillipup. A luckily placed critical hit from Whatwatt knocked the Lillipup out before he could do the same to Whatwatt.

I then reached the girl who gives out the free Pokémon. I got Pansear, as I had no choice, and decided to name him Carrot Top.

Obtained Carrot Top (Pansear)

I then ran to the trainer school, ready to pummel the poo out of Cardboard. It started as Whatwatt against his Snivy...

...samn.

I forgot to heal her.

In my head, my arrogance from before had gotten to me...it must have. I thought I could get another critical hit. I didn't switch her out...one vinewhip from cardboard's smugleaf and it was all over for Whatwatt...

Lost Whatwatt (Damn, I'm dumb)

Pausing for a moment to regain my composure, the battle continued. I switched in Carrot Top and he took down Smugleaf with a couple of incinerates. Kibbles then destroyed Cardboard's Purrloin. After the battle, I mourned Whatwatt and sent him to his grave, Box 1 in the PC.

It was me and two Pokémon again; Kibbles and Carrot Top. We left for the gym and conversed with Chilli or Chipotle or whatever its name is. Kibbles easily took down the Gym Trainers, and we journeyed towards our benchmark, the first Gym Leader; Charmander.

It then dawned on me; every single trainer in the beginning of the game had a Lillipup, why? I dunno, but it felt kinda relevant. My Lillipup, Kibbles, is the top percentage of Lillipups...

I'm starting to sound like Joey.

Anyway, the battle between me and Chapstick began. Kibbles versus his Lillipup, a tackle from me did significant damage while it was working up. Another tackle brought it down to red health, but Chandler healed his Pokémon. Kibbles used a tackle and then bite, bringing the Lillipup down.

It was then the battle of the monkeys. Chomp sent out his Pansage and I sent out Carrot Top. A work Up from Pansage and an incinerate from Carrot Top...and it did no damage. So I decided, it may be the sacrifice of Carrot Top, but I was to make Pansage as weak as possible, so Kibbles could take it down in one hit. A lick paralysed the idiot and a couple of leers left it incredibly weak. This battle was going to end only one way, with me winning. With the Pansage down to red health, his final Vine Whip took down Carrot Top and I cringed, not because I had lost another, but the fact that Kibbles may move second...

He didn't.

While I may have lost Carrot Top, I beat Chariot and his two Pokémon. Getting me the first Gym Badge.

Lost Carrot Top (Cannon Fodder, I am sorry)

I obtained the first Gym Badge and TM 83. I taught Work Up to Kibbles and then got dragged to Fennel's house. With no time to bury Carrot Top, I was forced into a dark, attic-like room surrounded by computers and electrical appliances. I had been told 'get me the Dream Mist by midnight, or you will not live to see the next day.' I had no other option, I had to go and get the Dream Mist.

I left for the Dream Yard again, hoping that the first Pokémon I would see would be a Munna, I'd like a Psychic Type. After some storyline and beating the tar out of some high cosplayers, I found myself rummaging through the grass. Hoping the first Pokémon seen would be a Munna, I suddenly found myself in a battle...

Horry Hell, it was a Munna.

Having to come up with some clever name for Munna, I decided to say 'Jib It' and I called her Hilary.

Obtained Hilary (Munna)

I trained Hilary for a little bit, and then left to see Fennel again. Telling her that my mission was complete. I received useless nuisance as a reward and I left, healing my two team members in the Pokémon Centre. My next destination was Route 3 and the catching of the legendary Blitzle or Pidove.

Quick Intermission

Current Team:

Kibbles (Lillipup), Level 13
Leer
Tackle
Work Up
Bite

Hilary (Munna), Level 13
Psybeam
Defence Curl
Lucky Chant
Yawn

Intermission over

Part 2 (Second Half): Man I hate Lenora

Route 3 started normally, really. It was battles of me against some idiots, training Kibbles and Hilary up, one staller battle was Hilary against another Munna, both of them used Yawn first. Neither of us had supereffective moves, nor healing items. So it was down to luck. Hilary won.

They were both Level 14 by the time I had to face that double battle, in which Hilary was useless in. Actually, Yawn was kinda useful and lucky chant prevented any critical hits. The battle ended quickly with no fatalities. Then I faced my mortal enemy, the reason Whatwatt was no longer with me; Cardboard.

Kibbles did the battling for this one, seeing as I want him to evolve quick and soon. And we quickly won, I miss you Whatwatt.

Then, suddenly, out of nowhere. STORYLINE. No time for that though, Nuzlocke challenge is more important. I cursed under my breathe, well, actually, out loud. The first Pokémon I saw for Route 3 was a Lillipup, no catching for me this route. Well, that cave would suffice for Pokémon. This first Pokémon seen was a Woobat which I accidentally knocked out. Oh well, no new Pokémon until Outer-Pinwheel. Storyline was completed pretty quickly and I returned to moving forward in the game.

After a couple of trainers, Kibbles reached level 16 and evolved. It felt brilliant to watch my efforts in a shiny pokémon evolve. By the time I got to the gate, both of my Pokémon were level 18. Another meeting with Cardboard where he told me where the Pokémon centre was and gave me some berries. Before even considering doing Nacrene City gym, I went to Outer-Pinwheel Forest to get a Third Pokémon.

Damn.

A wild Tympole. Quickly caught, I named Tympole 'Policlone.' I then trained him for a while and then went to the gym to earn my second badge.

Obtained Policlone (Tympole)

I then went to battle Enn again. Policlone fared pretty well against him actually, the only struggle was against his Tympole, which hit with supersonic EVERY SINGLE TIME. Timburr was easily taken down and Pidove the same, Tympole seemed to be a good catch and I'm beginning to wonder why I never caught one before.

I returned to the Museum, did the pointless, kinda foreshadowing tour and then ran into the Gym-part. I battled all of the trainers and then it was time. The second gym battle would begin.

I usually hate Lenora, her Pokémon are like level 20 at the silliest point. But some grindan work done by myself means all my Pokémon are level 20 before battling her. So I do not get surprised.

Long story short; I beat her. She had no surprises this time, no critical hits and no lucky constant hypnoses.

Current Team:

Kibbles, Shiny Herdier (Level 20, male)
Gentle, Sand Rush
Rock Smash
Tackle
Work Up
Bite

Policlone, Tympole (Level 20, male)
Docile, Hydration
Mud Shot
Supersonic
Round
Bubblebeam

Hilary, Munna (Level 20, female)
Docile, Synchronise
Psybeam
Defence Curl
Moonlight
Yawn

Part 3: This title was too vulgar, have a potion instead.

Save Location: Route 4
Team (Before Events):
Kibbles, Shiny Herdier (Level 20, male)
Gentle, Sand Rush
Rock Smash

Policlone, Tympole (Level 20, male)
Docile, Hydration
Mud Shot
Supersonic
Round
Bubblebeam

Hilary, Munna (Level 20, female)
Docile, Synchronise
Psybeam

Yawn

Events:

So then some storyline happened, which I mashed the A-button through, because the Black/White storyline is boring as hell and illogical. I get introduced to some future gym leader and then the ditz and cardboard tell me something. I get given item #1837 that I will never use and I continue onwards to inner-Pinwheel.

After the Sewaddle double-battle, Hilary leveled up to level 21 and I decided Policlone needed some help. The Sandile battle was pretty annoying, especially because of Sand-attack spamming, but it all settled well. Then I ran into the grass, and a Sewaddle was the first 'mon I saw.

Of course I caught her.

Obtained Doubtfire (Sewaddle)

Turning my focuses onto Doubtfire, I trained her to level 21 and continued through the 1%'s occupation of Pinwheel Forest.

Evolved Doubtfire (Swadloon)

Moving my focus back to Policlone, I started to train him against the 1% and the Pokémon Rangers, or riot police. In this situation, Mud Shot and Bubblebeam were extremely useful. Policlone reached level 21 and my focuses moved back to Kibbles.

After some more riot police and one random kid, Kibbles reached 21. After several more trainers and 1%, I finished the occupation and was given a moon stone for my efforts, I guess it will be useful for Hilary when I'm ready to evolve her, at level 29, or 47. I then beat the rest of the trainers and journeyed across the mahoosive bridge towards Castelia.

Wanting my Pokémon to be level 22 before even attempting the third gym, easy as it is, I headed to that tower thing where you battle all those dicks. Hilary being my focus at the start of it. She soon reached level 22, within two battles in fact, so I switched my attentions to Kibbles. Kibbles also quickly reached level 22. In my cycle, I started training Doubtfire again, hoping she would evolve soon.

Note to self: Basculin are good experience hounds.

Two Basculin got her to level 23 and...damn, she didn't evolve. Back to Policlone. The cycle went on like this, actually getting my 'mons to level 23 before going against Burge.

Trying to break my chain, for the minor storyline part, I used Policlone first. Quickly reaching level 24, after 1 1% and 2 Gym Trainers, Hilary came next. A critical hit'd faint attack did 100% damage to her...and knocked her out.

Lost Hilary (GOD DAMN CRITICAL HITS)

Kibbles was next for training. It was a pretty easy task, too. A couple of trainers and; job done! Then I decided, I had lost Hilary, Whatwatt, Carrot Top and Cheezburger, I will retire Kibbles for the time being. Critical hits are too unpredictable. Right after the Gym, right after the Gym.

The Gym battle began, and I immediately shat myself. I forgot to heal Kibbles, he was down to low health, right near the red. Well, his first Pokémon is a Whirlipede anyway, so y'know, it would have been easy/

Critical Hit.

No
No
Damn

Poison Tail did critical hit and knocked Kibbles out.

Lost Kibbles (ARGH CRITICAL HITS)

Policlone took care of Whirlipede, Burge or Burgh or whatever his name is switched to Leavanny, so I switched to Doubtfire. A battle of titans. However, not really, all Leavanny did was spam Struggle Bug so 2 Bug Bites from Doubtfire did the trick. Doubtfire grew to level 24, so, for Dwebble, I switched back to Policlone. A single Bubblebeam took out Dwebble and Policlone grew to level 25. Hell yeah. Both evolved; Doubtfire into Leavanny and Policlone into Palpitoad.

Evolved Doubtfire (Leavanny)

Evolved Policlone (Palpitoad)

I guess the gains sort-a barely matched the losses. Poor Kibbles, I'm retarded. Back down to two Pokémon...

I went back to Pinwheel and trained Leavanny (Doubtfire) up to level 25. So both would be even. I had to go battle the ditz again, oh well, she's always a piece of pie. Thinking about it now, wouldn't it have been cool if Mom had a Leavanny in the house? Jus' saying it would be cool.

The battle with the ditz lasted thirty seconds and I destroyed her. She ran away crying or something, me sitting there wondering why she's the worst character and she's the one getting all the character development. I immediately went out to seek my Pokémon from Route 4, heh Darumaka. Okay, I guess. Caught.

Caught Enid (Darumaka)

Trained Enid for a while and then saved. Too much mourning.

Current Team:

Policlone, Palpitoad (Level 26, male)
Docile, Hydration
Mud Shot
Supersonic
Uproar
Bubblebeam

Doubtfire, Leavanny (Level 25, female)
Brave, Swarm
Tackle
Protect
Bug Bite
Razor Leaf

Enid, Darumaka (Level 25, female)
Brave, Hustle
Work Up
Rage
Fire Punch
Headbutt

I'll probably update this more soon.

It's a different month now.

WINTER

Just went right into the battle against Cardboard. Felt it was necessary, seeing as the one Pokémon I was attached to died. Staring with Enid, the battle kicked off. It was the usual battle against Cardboard, Enid destroyed his Pidgeyclone and then I had to swap when he sent out his monkey. Doubtfire, of course, came out. A razor leaf to Panpour's face knocked it out in one hit. Doubtfire was then up against his Liepard, which, again, she took down in one hit. For Servine, I switched back to Enid. To give her some training. One fire punch took Servine down and victory was ours! Suddenly, storyline happened... well, kind-of. Whatever it is during Route 4/Nimbasa City. Anyway, I carried on into Route 4, battled some trainers and left towards the Resort Desert.

The first Pokémon encountered, after like 10 minutes of running, was a Darumaka. Oh well. Off to the Relic Castle...

And the first Pokémon encountered was a Yamask!

Caught Amyrtaeus (Yamask).

I got the Plume Fossil and then trained Amyrtaeus to level 26. On the way, I had missed on a battle, having cleverly avoided it, I had forgotten about it and fell into the battle. A successful 4 hit Rock Blat took Enid down to red health. Her Fire Punch missed and then another Rock Blast took her out.

Lost Enid (Didn't have you for long, eh?)

Actually, I had lied. I has missed two battles. But they didn't matter, all she had was a Cottonee.

I sped back to Nacrene City and revived my Plume Fossil.

Obtained Pteryx

Ran all the way to Nimbasa again, did the storyline rubbish (i.e; the ultraballs business and the bicycle fiasco, something to do with Enn). The bike will be useful though, just saiyan. I also realised that Wachog are retarded and always get 100% accurate hits all the time forever.

I quickly beat the boring battler Elysa or whatever her name is and carried on towards my goal...

Team: (After Events)

Policlone, Palpitoad (Level 27, male)
Docile, Hydration

Nono, dood. You misunderstand. It's Aerodactyl, with the word 'bro' fitted into it so it still sounds like Aerodactyl. The more you know.

It's been a while guys.

I actually turned back from Route 5 and left for route 16. The first Pokémon found...

...was a Trubbish.

Oh well, its still an addition to my team.

Obtained Cabbage

Deciding my team needed more additions, I sped into Lostlorn Forest and immediately started trying to add a mon to my team. I was going to create a new era for my team, an era of rotation. Changing my team to suit the needs of the current gym. Keeping a specific one or two Pokémon in my team at all times as they are my strongest.

Anyway, in Lostlorn I found...

...A Cottonee. Ah well, I guess it could be useful once or twice.

Caught Panties.

I then used the Sun Stone I had obtained, without telling you guys, to evolve her.

Evolved Panties (Whimsiscot)

I trained my two new additions to Level 30, and then had to re-organise my team, for the rotation thing to work. I would have to have three mains, that are with me constantly, and the rest are in my box, where I swap around so that they suit the situation they are in. The three I picked were Doubtfire, Amyrtaeus and Policlone.

I then left for Route 5 and sure as sure can surely be, out popped cardboard. Still comparing our abilities by the number of our badges, he insisted that he would be the one to win. Oh well, his loss. Amyrtaeus was up against his Liepard. Will-O-Wisp had managed to miss twice, but, upon the third time, it hit and burnt Liepard. An Ominous Wind didn't do much damage, but was enough to take Liepard down to half, with burn damage. Liepard's pursuits took Amyrtaeus down to 2 health, so I switched him out for when he sent out Panpour.

Seeing as I'm not an idiot, I switched in Doubtfire, our Razor Leaf took out Cardboard's watermonkey and nothing more of it was spoken. For Tranquil, I switched in Policlone. Detect prevented Muddy Water from hitting, but that was just stalling, and Muddy Water hit. If it was the Animé, there would be a panel where Cardboard would have a shocked expression. For his Servine, Doubtfire was re-switched in. Of course, Bug Bite took down Servine.

Cardboard was defeated, but, what else would you expect from my best three Pokémon? Then we met probably my favourite character from Gen V; Alder. Shame, though, because he gets hardly any dialogue nor storyline. Anyway, the dialogue continued until we double-battled a pair of kids. The only function Amyrtaeus could serve this time would be Will-O-Wisper. This was worrying, seeing as they both carried Crunch. I would have to be one lucky-

-Nope. They both attacked with Crunch. Taking Amyrtaeus down to 18 health and reducing his defence. I highly doubted he would survive this battle. Yep, another Crunch took him out. Dammit.

Lost Amyrtaeus. (And I was just getting to like you again <3 Rest in peace)

Not ready for any more loss, out came Policlone. Of course, it was time for his new signature move; Muddy Water. Hitting both Herdier, it took them both out and Policlone reaped the experience. Mourning and looking for a Yamask-shaped piece to fit the hole in my heart, I ran into the grass, looking for a new companion...

...It was a Trubbish. Damn. I went back to Nimbasa to bury Amyrtaeus and withdrew Pteryx to add him to my constant team.I decided Pteryx needed some training, so he went to the front to battle the cavalcade of carnies on Route 5. For such a strong evolution, Archen seems to be pretty poor. Maybe because of Defeatist, I dunno. Anyway, the battles were pretty easy, the only real resistance came from the Sigilyph. This brought Pteryx to level 31 and gained the ability of Dragonbreath. I doubt I'd use Pteryx in my battle against Clay, but having a flying type seems like a good idea in general. The last battle also got Policlone to level 31. The Palpitoad line seem to have a very diverse movepool, just terrible stats.

Some impressive graphics (for a Pokémon game) when the drawbridge was lowered and then the game continued. The first shadowed spot I found was a Ducklett. I guess an addition to my rotation Pokémon won't hurt. I mean, I'll never use it, but oh well.

Obtained Clonegull

Anyway, I finally made it to Driftveil and then, immediately, went to the Storage, in the hopes of catching an ice type for my team. The first Pokémon found was a Vanillite, success!

Obtained Soft Scoop.

Training Soft Scoop to 31, I put him in temporary main team, as part of my team to combat Clay, and then went into the minor storyline again. Man, this stuff gets boring after a while. I switched Soft Scoop to the front so that he could gain experience for the Gym Battle. After many easy battles, I then moved onto the inner part. Basic silly plot, where we're made to think one of the major members of the country's biggest organisations is a bumbling fool who can't take the cold. Oh well.

The four battles ended quickly and then the silly plot continued. I don't mind occasional silly moments, but all the time is too stupid. Too many Wachog and Trubbish and Scraggy. That's what I never got about the game, why give your members of your top secret-world dominating power the worst possible Pokémon? You might as well not have the members. Oh well, rant over.

I battled my way through the Gym, levelling all my Pokémon to level 32. The battle started with Soft Scoop against the Krokorok. A Swagger made the first half of the battle very annoying, confusing Soft Scoop and causing damage, but he did not hit himself and he won the first part of the battle. Clay then switched in Excadrill and I switched in Policlone. A Scald from Policlone knocked out Excadrill and the battle continued. The next one was Doubtfire up against his Policlone; Palpitoad. One Razor Leaf knocked out Palpitoad and I won the battle.

Well, that wasn't much eh?

I decided to keep Soft Scoop with me, seeing as the next gym would be a Flying type. I then left for Route 6...and got interrupted by the Ditz. She sent out her Herdier, and I sent out my Soft Scoop. Getting more confident with his power, I allowed him to test Mirror Shot rather than Icy Wind, seeing as I hadn't used it before. And then an Icy Wind knocked Herdier out.

Next was Policlone versus Pignite. Then Pteryx versus Pansage. Then Doubtfire versus Musharna. The battle ended and I quickly left for Route 6. The first Pokémon I found was Karrablast. I guess it is okay.

Obtained Filler.

I then sped forwards, through the trainer battles, to Chargestone Cave. I then saved.

Events:

This is one of my favourite areas; Chargestone Cave. Just because I don't like the dialogue, storyline and 90% of the introduced Pokémon of the region doesn't mean I can't like the geography, and the ideas and performing of this cave is just fantastic.

Anyway, seeing as he wasn't going to get a go in the next gym, I decided that Policlone needed some training, especially since he was so close to evolution. It would be awesome to have two fully evolved Pokémon in my team before the sixth gym. So anyway, I went training.

But, before that, the first Pokémon I saw was...

...Ferroseed.

Obtained Football.

Ignoring storyline, because its just getting ridiculous and this one just holds no purpose, in this cave. I continued forward through the cave, training Policlone. Each Pokémon was a simple one-or-two hit job, every hit being moderate and, eventually, taking Policlone down to orange health.

I wasn't expecting anything next, when a Joltik appeared. It used Bug Bite, critical hit, taking Policlone down to red health.

I should have ran and healed him then.

But I carried on, adamant that Policlone would be good enough for the battle. I ordered Mud Shot... and it missed. Another Bug Bite... it took him out. I lost Policlone.

I lost Policlone.

Lost Policlone (Good night sweet clone)

I used Pteryx to destroy the Joltik, and then continued through Chargestone Cave. Mourning my loss. While I should have been downhearted, this actually motivated me. I needed a new main, and it was between Soft Scoop and whatever Pokémon I find between Chargestone Cave and the Sixth Gym battle. It could be anything, any Pokémon.

Rest in peace Policlone, but your sacrifice has allowed a new team arrangement. You were brilliant.

My attentions were taken to Pteryx next, seeing as he was the closest one in my current main team to evolution, although this was actually just his turn in the rotation training I usually do. I trained him to level 34 and then switched my attentions to Soft Scoop. He quickly got to level 34 thanks to the help from that lucky egg Professor Boobs gave me.

It was Doubtfire's turn next. The first battle was against a trainer's Klink, which wouldn't be much of a problem, except for the fact that she has no moves to do any form of moderate or super effective damage against it. Two Bug Bites took the Klink down to red health, a Razor Leaf then knocked Klink out and the battle was all good.

However, the next wild battle was a Joltik, which I only have one move against, and, at this point, it had no PP. It used fury cutter, which didn't do much, but still enough to take it down to orange health. (I then, illegally, caught a Tynamo, for post-game collections.) I then had to battle against the Doctor-guy if I wanted Doubtfire to be in any way prepared for the next few battles. This was a mistake.

I probably could have handled the Team Plasma grunts anyway. But, you know those moments where you're utterly stupid? Yeah, I had one of them... When I went to click Bug Bite against his Swadloon, I clicked Razor Leaf. It used Bug Bite and took Doubtfire down to red health. The next round, I clicked Bug Bite, but the Swadloon moved first. Another Bug Bite... Damn...

It knocked Doubtfire out.

...Damn.

...Argh. Damn.

Lost Doubtfire (I am the stupidest person alive.)

In mourning, Soft Scoop took out the Doctor's Swadloon and I continued through Chargestone Cave. My current team down to two and my main team down to one.

Seeing as I had used Soft Scoop last, it was his turn up against Sandile. It used Swagger, but 90% of all Plasma grunts have a Pokémon that can learn it. It was using the annoyance tactics. Mud Slap SPAMing and Swagger SPAMing every time he gets out of it. I had to find a way to get out of it, and, finally, he snapped out of confusion and Icy Wind finally hit. The rest of the battles were easy, seeing as I had healing on tap from the Doctor... that killed Doubtfire. Although the move Super Fang is Archen's bane.

Both Pokémon soon got to level 35. Soft Scoop evolving at this point. Storyline happened again. And I still don't know why Team Plasma is in Chargestone Cave. The battle started with Soft Scoop against Boldore. Using Ice Beam, seeing as Mirror Shot would do enough damage to knock it out, but Sturdy would prevent it, it knocked Boldore back to red health...and froze it. Using Mirror Shot, Boldore was knocked out. It was then Ferroseed, keeping Soft Scoop in, I used Ice Beam again. It knocked Ferroseed out. For Klink, I switched to Pteryx, having forgotten about having got rid of Bulldoze for Crunch, I had to use a combination of Crunch and Dragonbreath. It still knocked it out. The last 'mon he used was Joltik, one Pluck from Pteryx and Joltik was knocked out.

I ran to the Pokémon Centre, healed both Soft Scoop and Pteryx and then buried Doubtfire and Policlone in their box and placed Ferroseed in his box where he'll never be used.

Some silly storyline happened, and then I had to head to Celestial Tower because there is no reason, it is pointless. Route 7 and the first 'mon I found was a Zebstrika, a female one at that. I guess she'd be an okay addition to my 6th gym tackling team. She'd be rotation though.

Obtained EbonyIvory

I fell into the trap of that Rotation Battle, and then headed up to Celestial. The first Pokémon I found was, of course, Litwick. Catching him right away, I nicknamed him...

Obtained WillOWisp

He would become a part of my main team, I haven't had a fire type in a loooong time. Not since Enid anyway. Nevertheless, I continued through the tower, beating the living stuff out of all of the trainers. This levelling all of my Pokémon to level 37. Where Pteryx evolved into Archeops. Some more pointless storyline happens, this time, I ring a bell!

Moving back down from the tower, I have to battle the rangers, but then its clear sailing up until the Gym. This is gonna be fun!

I was wrong, this is the most boring Gym I have ever experienced. Okay, cannons, big wow. All the trainers are like 5 levels below your Pokémon and are easily avoidable. This Gym was to basically show off the game's 3D capabilities. All of the trainers either have a Woobat, Tranquill, a Ducklett or a Sigilyph. Rant over.

The Gym Leader was quick and very uninteresting. I saved and then posted this.

Events:

I sped over to Twist Mountain. I got that random call from Mom again, then I had remember what I had forgotten; I battle Cardboard near here. Oh well, he's never very hard.

It started with the battle of our flying types; Unfezant against Pteryx. A Smack Down was more than enough to take it out in one hit. Switching to Simipour, I felt I only had one option; Soft Scoop. A couple of Uproars from Soft Scoop knocked Simipour out. It was, then, WillOWisp against his Servine. This battle was a little harder, but easy nonetheless. A couple of Flame Bursts and a lucky burn took out the Servine. It was, then Pteryx against Liepard. A Dragonbreath and a Pluck took it out and stole its Sitrus Berry. Healing my mons at the rest stop, I ran into Twist Mountain.

This is the point in the game where its incredibly easy to over-level your Pokémon for the next two gyms. Anyway, the first Pokémon found in Twist Mountain was...

...a Woobat. Which I accidentally killed again.

The next Pokémon I found was a Cryogonal, I cursed to myself and then continued down Twist Mountain. Again, why are there Team Plasma here? This area serves no purpose. Argh. I hate Twist Mountain so much.

Anyway, after maneuvering my way out of there, I made it to Iccirus, by that time, all of my Pokémon were 40, bar Pteryx, who was level 41. Ignoring the Gym, I went to run to Dragonspiral tower, to;

1. Get a Pokémon from its outside.

I dunno why I put that as a list.

And it was a Mienfoo.

Meh, I guess it could be worse.

Obtained Skunk-fu

Atleast he'd be useful against the Gym leader of this town. Anyway, assuming the storyline could only continue based on my advancement in the gyms. I went to battle Brycen.

This is one of the gyms I enjoy. Just because of the mechanisms of it.

Using his newly learnt Flash Cannon move, Soft Scoop advanced through the Gym easily, as did Skunk-Fu and WillOWisp. Cryogonals were a bit of a problem for my Special-based mons, but that was it. And Light Screens were just my bane.

After enough battles, WillOWisp reached level 41 and evolved!

Evolved WillOWisp (Lampent)

The Gym battle was quick and uninteresting. It was, firstly, WillOWisp against Vanillish. Ended quickly with Brycen wasting all of his Hyper potions. Then Skunk-Fu against Beartic. Which ended in two Jump Kicks, leveling Skunk-Fu up to level 42. I decided to keep him on against Cryogonal and make him a main member of my team. I needed another Physical based attacker.

With my main team growing, I then decided to venture into Dragonspiral tower, both for the storyline and the chance of a Druddigon. And, just so rightly, the first Pokémon found was a Druddigon! Female, but that doesn't matter. Caught her and named her after a Skyrim Dragon...

Obtained Parthurnax (Only one a due to character limit)

Continuing through the tower, I battled many uninteresting trainers. Leveled all of my Pokémon to level 43. I reached the top, storyline happened, I evolved Clonegull and part 1 ended.

Part 7 (Part 2): Eclipse

Using my new HM slave, Clonegull, to fly me to Relic Castle, I began the next part of the silly storyline which is never explained. I battled my way through the Castle and made it to the main room.

On the way, all my Pokémon got to level 44, and taught WillOWisp Shadow Ball. Some terrible dialogue about how Alder lost his best Pokémon and then it turns out Relic Castle was just a waste and it was in Nacrene City all along...

There were no battles in Nacrene, and, in fact, this was the most boring part of the game ever. Constantly being followed by my troop of cliché and cardboard characters. I put Clonegull back in its box and continued forth to the last major city.

At the entrance to the bridge, after going through the silly ice path skating, I had to battle the ditz again. I guess she doesn't know that the world is at stake. It was Skunk-Fu versus Stoutland, and then versus Musharna. Using U-Turn, it was then WillOWisp versus Musharna. Then Pteryx versus Emboar. These battles were so dull, there's no need to describe them more than who it was against. Soft Scoop versus Simisage ended the battle. We parted ways, thank god.

I traveled across the bridge, interrupted by some storyline, and then made it to Route 9. Where the first Pokémon was...

...A Garbodor.

I quickly, accidentally knocked it out and then saved.

I headed right into Ocupelid City, and then mashed A throughout the storyline bit, boring as hell, like always. I healed my Pokémon in the Pokémon Centre and ran right into the Gym. I didn't care anymore, I wanted the silly storyline and nuzlocke part to end so I could continue playing the game properly.

Seriously though, the storyline for this game is drawn-out, cliché and boring. How did it take them 18 months to come up with the characters, let alone the entire stupid storyline?

The trainers in the Gym were easy and I remembered the pattern for this Gym. What an annoying and silly idea though, running around on Dragons. I am ranting, halp.

Parthurnax was good in this Gym, each Pokémon was taken down by one of her Dragon Claws. Same for Soft Scoop, who Ice Beamed his way through the Gym. I still don't get why we're led to believe that these are real characters and people, yet they catch the same Pokémon, at the same level and the same gender with the exact same moves. I'm ranting again.

The Gym Leader battle came. Before I got to him, all my 'mons were level 45. So, in the sake of fairness, Parthurnax got the first go again...

...Mistake.

The Fraxure was no problem. It was a one-hit job. One Dragon Claw and the thing fell down like a fly. It was his bloody Druddigon that did it for me.

Parthurnax's Dragon Claw took it down to red health. And his Druddigon's Dragon Tail got a Critical Hit, knocking Parthurnax out. Soft Scoop handled the rest of the battle...

Rest in peace Parthurnax.

...Damn.

...I think that'll be it for today.
