Hail team

Abomasnow, Never used Abomasnow outside of in-game so what role does he play other that to set up hail? (im curious)

Cloyster, From personal experience Cloyster is MUCH better off with a sash because its special defense is so low that even some water attacks will still OHKO it, its also weak to Fighting rock moves that will still OHKO through its high defense.

Mamoswine, On paper it looks good, but isn't Mamoswine a bit too bulky to make good use of its sash/endeavor combo?

Frosslass, 1.why not use blizzard over ice beam? the theme is hail, so blizzard seems better because of its perfect accuracy in hail. 2.I dont think that leftovers is her best option due to her move-set and because her lackluster defenses will let her down.

Foretress, looks solid. i would personally use gyro ball for more neutral power and STAB, but earthquake does hit certain threats who are switching in.

Reuniclus, it looks solid too.

Clear team

I can see Gengar giving your team a huge amount of trouble, along with a couple other pokemon with strong Psychic/ghost moves (I know Psychic is "Uncommon" on Gengar but I seem to see it on a few Gengars*including my own*))

Toxicroak, no Drain punch? I know its nice to destroy barriers but the hp recovery (to negate Life orb recoil) and it being just as powerful as B-break make it a better choice in my book. Sucker punch looks more promising then X-scissor to finish weakened fast pokemon and shut down threats like Alakazam.

Espeon, HP dragon might take a few dragons by surprise but leaves Espeon vulnerable to dark types and bulky dragons. all in all they both have their merit so its up to personal preference.

Gliscor, as long as you want an all out defensive one then this looks fine apart from facade. without SD he wont hit anything very hard so he might be better off with substitute for more stalling prowess. (Earthquake wont hit very hard but i guess it wont make him complete taunt-bait)

Rotom, stall Rotom? looks like a pain in the butt to face in a match. good job.

Chansey, Blissey or Chansey is a complicated one but personally I think Blissey is better due to not being shut down by trick.

RE: My 2 Teams [RMT] [OU] [CP]
Scrap the ice team. No fire/rock resist, which means you're pretty much boned in standard play.

I'd get rid of Toxicroak or turn it into a bulk up set with Drain Punch, Bulk up, Substitute and Sucker Punch
Toxicroak Replacements: Dragonite and Breloom

I'd never put Hidden power dragon on anything. The Dragon type is horrible offensively without stab. Hidden power ice for Gliscor and Dragons or fire for ferrothorn goes over it. I would also consider replacing it. Also wtf is with your ev spread. 252 Hp evs are worth 252 def AND 252 SpD evs. Max out Hp before investing in either Def or SpD
Espeon Replacements:Jirachi (resists dragon and has a better movepool/typing

Your infernape looks fine. I would switch the nature to jolly but whatever, it's a trade off.

Your gliscor needs some help,1. never put facade on Gliscor without Swords dance. 2. it's stuck between stall and offense. You already have offense so here is the stall set.
your new moveset: Toxic / Protect / Substitute / Earthquake

No on the rotom. Dual screen rotom is fine, and the voltswitch is obvious. But substitute? You're just going to be switching out anyways, you're taking your health away for no reason.
Replace Substitute with Hydro Pump or Will-o-Wisp

Chansey seems fine but once again the EV spread should be 252 Def, 252 Hp and Bold nature. Chansey can take special hits and can take hits like a 252 Hp, 252 def scizor, if you just put the evs in. Just keep it away from physical fighting moves.

RE: My 2 Teams [RMT] [OU] [CP]
you would be doing your self a favor by doing what actionhero112 said apart from 1.scrapping the Ice team. Ice teams work fine as long as you know how to counter Fighting/rock since they will give you the most trouble. and 2.that Chansey. the trade-off between leftovers Blissey and the eviolite Chansey puts Blissey in the lead if the opponent has a knock off user or a trick user( more common then you might think)

Read ZephyrV3's comments, will read actions when I can put up with having someone have a go at me later on, and at themoment I'm trying to tell Pokemon Online that Toxicroak can learn Drain Punch. The movelist even says so, but it won't let me put it on ¬_¬
