RE: My teams!!!!!
I noticed you have a huge ground/rock weakness in almost every team. try toning down the fire types a bit, and maybe add some Grass pokemon to the teams(especially to the sun team because some grass types use the sun as much as fire types. you might want to check out the list I made in Absol's competitive team thread.
A few things to consider about your team
1.Terrakion is a hard counter to your entire first team, and a decent counter to the others.
2.If your going for an all out attacking team then try to add some diversity since pokemon like Darmanitan, Arcanine, Blaziken, and Magmortar will all be easily KOed by the same attacks.
3.Movesets/natures. Id like to know how a jolly Weavile works better than an adamant one since hes not strong enough to OHKO anything other than pokemon 4x weak to his attacks.Ttar, i haven't used him much but whats Arial ace for? A Herracross will KO any non scarfed Ttar before he gets a chance to attack. Magnezone, I haven't used him cause I always seem to KO him easily, but from here he looks solid.Darmanitan, since when was he fast? but i do think that if you only keep one fire type
he should be it. Arcanine, looks good on paper but even my grass team seems to have no problems with him. Dragonite, is it a mixed nite? and hes always better off with multiscale since it will be used more than Inner focus. Hitmontop, he does pair well with Togekiss but (this is a deeply personal opinion) Try technician over intimidate, if it doesn't suit your style then use your current one, but technician lets him use a few weaker moves with out drawbacks better than the powerful ones with drawbacks. Togekiss, i don't think this is the best way to use him.(if you like this style then try Whimsicott. Magmortar, please tell me using him was a joke. Blaziken, even with his UBER status i don't see what all the hype is since a single well placed move WILL destroy him, making him very easy to revenge kill or just a pokemon with a sash or sturdy.Zapdos, honestly this move set sucks since ground types usually carry rock moves and will take minimal damage from drill peck. try Heatwave.Ninetails, Sub looks fun but honestly will-o-wisp is better.Chandelure, is way too slow to make use of the 252 Spd Evs.

If you want a more in depth review give me a specific pokemon to rate.

Why do you put gems on them @@ imo Miracle seeds, Mystic waters, etc would probably be beneficial overall.

Um. the Miracle seeds, Mystic waters, etc only give a 20% boost whereas the gems give a 50% boost. an example would be My Adamant Moxie (with a moxie boost) Dragon gem Salamence being able to OHKO (Outrage) a Dragonite with Multiscale, and the same Salamence with a dragon fang would leave it in yellow-red health.

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
Those gems are one and done though, a more permanent fixture would be using the designated itemboosts.

I know that Miracle Seed+Synthesis works, or from what I've been told, so overall using something like that do benefit defensively would seem to exhibit much more of a "two-way pokemon"

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
If you do lots of matches then you will see that a large boost can OHKO whereas a small one wont and leaves you open to getting OHKOed back.

A perfect example is my adamant Salamence uses outrage on a fully defensive Dragonite, multiscale prevents outrage from being super effective and with a 20 percent boost he will Rarely OHKO said Dragonite who WILL OHKO you every time if it has Outrage/Draco meteor/dragon pulse or any ice attacks, compared to a dragon gem which will OHKO through multiscale, and the moxie boost i get makes up for the item (yes, Outrage is legal with moxie, i don't know who said it wasn't) and helps set up to hit the rest of the team. you say its one and done but who cares about a continuous boost if the pokemon isn't alive to use it.

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
Simmer, competitive battlers don't usually use gems, for the reason there are items like the choice band and choice specs which give you a 1.5 boost all the time. Gems also disappear with a single usage, and in a metagame that is heavily dependent on items to boost and heal you, that's a big problem. The exceptions are acrobatics sets, which use flying gems to boost their attack into basically a flying type explosion. Sometimes people use them on dragonite to OHKO the opponent's lead, but that is a rarity.

Salamence also needs a crit to KO multi scale D-Nite, I did the calcs. Even on the Offensive Dragon Dance set with no Hp evs, Salamence can only do 62.8% to 74.11% of Dragonite's health with multi scale and no HP evs. Salamence can actually be stalled out on Outrage by Bulk D-nite just using Roost.

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
Most people don't use D-nite as a lead so its quite possible for Salamence to have a moxie boost (or more than 1) already, sorry for not including that in my earlier post. and since i do mostly doubles tricking my mence more items is a prt of my strategy, im pretty sure that in singles it has its uses as well though. ive only recently started using moxie over intimidate but it works great with gems, the gem nets you a kill without locking you into a move and moxie lets you roll through the rest of the team. im sure many pokemon can use a similar strategy with gems. (not just flying gem acrobatics)

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
smogon Wrote:Gone are the days in which Dragonite had to make use of its mixed attacking prowess to separate itself from Salamence, but the old "MixNite" wallbreaker can still rip holes in the opposing team with its excellent offensive stats and coverage. Draco Meteor is a nasty surprise to foes expecting a Dragon Dance sweep, and is backed up by Fire Blast. Superpower is for Heatran, Blissey, and Tyranitar, though it should be noted that Superpower is unobtainable with Multiscale. ExtremeSpeed can be used to finish off weakened foes and sweepers, but Roost greatly extends Dragonite's staying power. This set can also lead fairly well, especially with ExtremeSpeed, forcing the opponent into a guessing game right from the start and picking off opposing leads.

1. No one uses moxie Salamence unless on CS sets. Intimidate is far superior at making sure it is able to set up.

2. No one uses Outrage on salamence because it will always lose to every single common steel type ferrothorn, no matter how many moxie boosts it has accumulated, barely doing half even at +6, to which ferrothorn will OHKO with gyro ball.

3. Salamence is incredibly easy to wall now, and is outclassed in every way by another pokemon.

4. Because Terrakion (Greatest threat in OU doubles) is faster than Salamence, and it is weak to rock, I doubt anyone will use Salamence in doubles unless they want to get swept.

5. Using a dragon gem and Outrage on a moxie pokemon is almost ridiculously foolish, as you will get confused and will more than likely kill yourself before sweeping any opposing team.

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
no offense, but I don't think you know what using Him as part of a team means. if you use Him wrongly of course hes going to get creamed, but on the same note the same can be said about every other pokemon, if you play them right and destroy certain obstacles with proper team support then they can be used to the best of their ability. outrage isnt his only move. Salamence has great coverage even without his dragon move so Outrage is for situations where one or two more KOs is all you think he can get. Moxie mence is better suited to taking on SpAtkers then Intimidate Mence since the Atk drop doesn't affect them.

PS No one uses Outrage on Salamence? is that a joke? short of Ferrothorn or Skarmory not even steel types enjoy facing a plus 2-6 (from moxie boosts and/or Baton passing) Salamence locked into Outrage, (and if hes not locked a well placed Fire fang will hit them very hard or even KO). In Doubles i usually partner him with Scizor if i see a Terrakion on team preview, And if i see a pokemon he cant face head-on then I can team him with the appropriate pokemon,so that argument is null and void since even with Extreme speed my banded Mamoswine counters Dragonite in doubles.

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
First thing is that my single battle tier pkms are too weak

Tyranitar has some bad speed which can fighting or a bug type could outrun him to finish him off

Dragonite in the other hand has been quite putting my team down so I decided to put on hydreigon

Hydreigon@choice scarf@Levitate
Modest
Outrage
Dark pulse
U turn
Fire blast
100 attack/ 156 sp attack/ 252 speed

Double battles is doing great no problems I encountered

Rainy team is doing great I might Change some Pokemon ohhhh btw do ur ideas here instead of going to my old drizzly thread

Drought team is actually making a great team in double battles but I might try them into single battles soon

Trick room team is where I'm having a hard time fixing it so if u have an idea pls feel free to help me cuz I never even tried a trick room team before I mean I never have a Pokemon with a trick room before so I gotta get used to it for now

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
Um put draco meteor on Hydreigon instead of Outrage. Sine your running a modest nature a draco meteor will hit a lot harder that outrage. If you really hate the special attack drop from draco meteor put dragon pulse on instead. With Hydreigons naturally high spec attack and modest nature it will still hit harder an outrage would.

RE: My teams [updates]!!!!!
Ttar. ive never had any problems OHKOing the Dinosaur so I don't see why anyone would use it other then to start up sand storm.

Dragonite. He can work if used right (like most pokemon) but if he doesn't fit your style then don't use him, he is however an awesome dragon (I admit im a dragon fan-boy) so keep him in mind for future teams.

I honestly cant recommend Hydreigon due to its plethora of weaknesses, but if you still want to use him then stick with Special moves(except for U-turn of course) there are a few sets that work well but each one has its own requirements so we need to see a complete list to Recommend the best one. (he has a decent move-pool so you can base what he knows around whats already covered and whats not)

Doubles. great to hear

Rainy. you said there might be some things you would change, so post it if you want help

Drought. Great to hear.

Trick room. its pretty easy to make one, just pick awesome pokemon with speed stats that would make a snail look like an F1 race-car.
