The Angry Ranter
About Me
Ah yes, me, the ever-elusive Thireven. I'm a young artist hoping to graduate highschool, and eventually college. I plan on going to one of those art schools in the future. I'm thirteen and I'm currently in eighth grade. I know what most of you are thinking-yes, I plan way ahead and I do plan on making those dreams a reality unlike most people. Anyways, I'm a Native American. Yes, a Native American. :/ I currently have a midget short boyfriend who is a weakling has trouble fighting back against bullies. Pika Anyways, I'm like his bodyguard. It's like that with most of my friends.

The Purpose of This Blog
The purpose of this blog is simple: To tell the story of me as I go through school and my life. Yeah, boring, I know. Lol. Anyways, it's pretty much boring. Turn back now if you hate boring stuff.

ON TO THE SHOW!

August 16th, 2011
My first day of school. I had not slept at all the night before, but I was not tired. I had all my stuff ready before I even had to wake up so I was bored and just decided to listen to music. Eventually I went outside and began to talk to my mom, who was inside, until I got tired and went up to the bus stop. I read a book on the bus, since none of my friends ride my bus anymore. Got off the bus before the little kids (win!!!) and got my books. Got my two language arts books, my two language arts packets, my Algebra I binder, my normal binder, my pencil holder thing, and my OTHER binder. Had to go to the gym and listen to another lecture from the stupid principle. Got to first period eventually. Got my assignment notebook thingy. Went to second period. Didn't like the teacher. Same with third period. Had fun calling my friend puberty boy (He got laryngitis from screaming on ride so it sounded like he was in puberty where your voice gets are cracky and stuff). Fourth was, well, meh. Had a pizza for lunch with my friends. Fifth period was science. It sucked, we had to TALK out loud to the class. I don't like most of those people that are in my class. :| Had fun in sixth, learned that a kid cut off some of his fingers in the woodshop. o3o Seventh, none of my friends sat by me (TRAITORS!!!!). Went home, stayed awake for awhile before falling asleep, ate supper, watched part of Pokemon Ranger and The Temple of The Sea and fell asleep.

EDIT: How the fudge did I get Science and my actual fourth period mixed up? Pika

August 17th, 2011
Today basically suck as much as yesterday. Got an hour or so of sleep, was ready before I actually had to be. Waited inside until fifteen or so after seven then went to the bus stop. My cat tried to follow me. Got on bus, rode bus, got off bus. First period wasn't all that bad, although I got stuck by people I hate highly dislike. In second period we did this weird thing with dice that had large white numbers, one set was green and the other red, and two pairs of weird chess peice things. Third, the teacher was all like "YOU DON'T LEAVE UNLESS I DISMISS YOU BLFJDKSJFLDS." I swear, she's like a dictator. Fourth we got these weird books. And I mean weird because they're like those sketch pads that you have to flip up the pages. Lunch, I got SPAGHETTI. I scored big time. Went outside, chased my friends, watched a kid get beat up, race d my friends. Science we had to do this stupid thing about...wait...I forgot...someone hit my upside the head with a textbook. That'll make me remember. Pika Sixth was fun, expect for the fact that a stupid kid kept farting even though he knows he's supposed to go out into the hallway to fart. We watched that one youtube video about the Worlds' Longest "Dead" Snake. I didn't actually watch it, I hate snakes, but I have seen it before. Fourth I got stuck around people I hate highly dislike, again. Fell asleep on the bus and almost missed my stop. And now here I am, telling you about my day. Hurrah. *Sarcasm*

I actually got to sleep! Had plenty of rest, got dressed and got on the bus. Read a manga for awhile until I got to school. First period, we read a story about a kid who had crooked teeth and really bad luck. He eventually got a girl. Lol. In second period, we did that thing with the dices and chess pieces again. I HATED THIRD PERIOD. You see, I have Band for third period. I use to love band because we had this awesome Band Director named Miss Wayman. She. Was. AWESOME. Now we have this jerk as a Band Director. Come the end of first semester, I'm quitting, and taking my flute with me. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, a few years ago, my brothers' girlfriend bought me a green flute. ^3^ Fourth was...Okay, I guess. We got to type on the computer. XD I had HOT HAM & CHEESE for lunch! Went to the library and got 'Throne of Fire' that's apart of the Kane Series. :3 Hated fifth. In sixth, I had fun because me and my group designed a star shaped beverage container. The top point is unscrewable and comes with a hot pink straw. I hate pink, but I let my friends have fun. XD It's one of those skater stars, and the lines are limegreen, and the rest of it is black. It also has a string on it so you can put it around your neck! That same annoying kid tried TALKING TO ME. I mean, seriously. He should know that I don't like him at all. And he was so annoying. -_- Seventh, didn't like it. The teacher kept calling my people 'Indians'. WE ARE NATVE AMERICANS, NOT INDIANS!!! I swear, white people these days. No racism intended, I have white friends, but many whites make that mistake. Rode the bus, listened to music while reading.

The "Blargh" part immediately reminded me of a noise Bowser commonly makes in BiS. xD

I'll check this blog out more in-depth later. I assure you, Thireven! :3

August 19th, 2011
First period, we had our first test. Wasn't that hard, and we got to work with some friends. ^^ Second, we had a test that only had four questions. XD Third, the teachers was a b**ch. And a half. I'm quitting band at the end of the semester anyways, so I won't be seeing her for long. Fourth was kinda fun, I got to draw on the computer. I wish I could have saved it and showed you guys it. XD IT WAS SO PRETTY Cry. Had a hamburger for lunch. They let us go outside and it started raining. XD We were allowed to stay outside in the rain. Didn't like fifth, we had to do a stupid project. Sixth was, like, "OMG SO FUN WEE~" because we got on computers and made powerpoints with our groups. ^^ I got to smell a really good smelling smelly marker. I hated seventh, we were forced to watch a movie. I WANTED TO DRAW! Got on the bus a little early, read, and listened to 'I Hate This Part' while going home. Smile

BTW, who likes my blog anyways? Most people probably wouldn't like it since it's so boring. -..-

RE: The Blargh Blog
The Ninja-Pirate Logic

Pirates: Cruel men on the high seas who will charge at their enemie without fear. They are highly respected for their strength and willingness to face an enemy. The use swords, guns, and cannons.

Ninjas: Usually men, they are flexible, hiding in the shadows expertly. They are silent, striking their enemy when least expected. The usally use daggers, shurikens, and kunai.

As you all know, Pirates and Ninjas are viewed as the worst of enemies. Many people believe that Pirates and Ninjas shall always be at war to see which is better and stronger. Pirates are brutes and charge; Ninjas are silent and strike in slience. They are viewed as complete opposites.

Most of you know this. Not exactly my logic, so here's mine:

Pirates are brutes, yes. Ninjas hide in the shadows, yes. But I, unlike others, do not view Ninjas as cowards. Infact, I like both Pirates and Ninjas. They each have their own unique talent. So...why not get alone?

Combining the strength of Pirates, and the stealth of Ninjas, you could create a warrior that would be feared. A Ninja Pirate? A Pirate Ninja? How about a Pira-Nja? Think about it: Stealthness, strength-what more could you ask more?

I wish to know-who else supports this idea?

Sorry, but I hate the whole Pirate Vs. Ninja debate. :/ So, a possible solution!

RE: The Blargh Blog
I don't recall pirates and ninjas being revered as enemies. Not even hypothetically, since they didn't even exist in the same time period.

Ninjas were not so much these clad-in-the-dark, creatures of stealth. Rather, they were like you and me, and back then (in the times of feudal Japan) they were usually farmers. As unrealistic as it may sound, these normal farmers actually went to secluded locations where they could learn the art of being a ninja. (In layman's terms, a ninja school.)
Ninjas were, obviously, very helpful in assassination; it was their specialty. The Samurai, to whom have developed their code of Bushido, bound them to their honor. For instance, the Samurai couldn't go and ambush enemy camps, nor participate in any dishonorable activity. If they sullied their honor, to save a long story short, they had to commit suicide. Pretty much. The ninja used tricks, poisons and deception to infiltrate and achieve a desired goal.

So, the ruling lords of Japan (the Daimyō), with the Samurai as their backbone...made it sometimes difficult to penetrate some particularily impregnable enemy garrisons. Who would they hire to do the dirty work for them, that their Samurai weren't allow to do? Simple: they would rely upon a clan of ninjas, hiring them for reconnaissance, sabotage, and as I've said previously, assassination. A ninja would prefer not to fight, but if confronted by four Samurai, a combination of blinding powder and unusual weapons would often result in the death of the Samurai, and the escape of the ninja. The ninjas existed to support their families, mostly from the Iga and Koga Provinces.

Pirates were seamen who exchanged a poor life, for a short life filled with luxury and freedom. They would steal ships and sell the booty where they could, trying to avoid pirate hunters, rival pirates and governments trying to eliminate them. Most successful pirates were active for four to six years, meeting their ends aboard their ships, or at the gallows. A pirate would prefer to frighten their enemies into submission, because while they could fight, they were just ordinary seamen and bled just like you and me.

In a fight between the two, the clan bred and trained specifically to kill (ninja), would have an advantage over individual freedom-seekers (pirate) who used fear and government loop-holes to live a satisfying life.

Typically, yes. Ninjas died out before the age of pirates, but if one's to consider a mono-e-mono fight betwixt the two, the ninja's vast intellect and adeptness of the clandestine arts would overthrow anything the pirate still had left.

RE: The Blargh Blog
However, it would be fair to say that the pirates were an especially large threat. Their very actions steered global trade into nearly plummeting, thus cutting off most communication with the government. If you're interested, you should look up Bartholomew, Blackbeard and Calico Jack - they were the most nefarious, and successful pirates to have existed.

With that, don't feel disappointed. Ninjas were only a threat from province to province; pirates affected the world globally. In my opinion, there really is no clear distinction that can determine which side is truly stronger - they both specialized in separate sections.

It's true that the whole ninjas VS. pirates thing is a popular Internet troupe, but I felt the need to educate anyone who was interested.
