Surprisingly, I had a pretty nice day at school. Finished up Driver's Ed last week so I'm back in Phys Ed., got a quality essay typed up during study hall, and fell even further into the rut that is slashing Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara from Mythbusters. Oh, and I got a bit of ~lemon-y~ goodness written for my friends.

Made two new signatures today, found some hilarious Sherlock waiting on my tumblr dash, and reread one of the best Tory/Grant fanfics out there. Too bad report cards are mailed out sometime this week; who knows what my grades are like....*visibly shudders

And that wraps up my first day of the third school quarter. *throws confetti
Too bad there's AP Gov. tomorrow.

So, Latin II is a blast because my teacher never stops talking, and I can get away with drawing, writing, reading; so much. And my friends are hilarious to talk to. Creative Writing 2 was fun, as always~
There's a cute new student in my Algebra 2 class that sits next to me, oh man I was so nervous because he smiled at me all sweetly. (◡‿◡✿)
But more on him later.

AP Comparative Gov't wasn't too bad, just started our three week China unit. Apparently, China is now considered a superpower, only second next to America. And thus, will be a weekly topic discussed in The Economist (which is actually a rather interesting magazine). Was able to do some catching up on our English reading, In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, a rather interestingly written non-fiction telling of the Clutter family murder in 1959. But I still need to get those two journal entries written.

So, Sherlock/John awaiting me on my dash? Oh yes~
John: "You flirted with Sherlock Holmes?"
Irene: "Are you jealous?"
John: "We're not a couple."
Irene: "Yes, you are."
Hurr, Irene knows Jawnnn~

Umm, um, I started reading this really angst-y/dramatic/hilarious/sexy Tory/Grant fic over on the Mythbusters Slash livejournal page called Trailblazers and holy cow I am dying! The authoress has a great style and she writes the romance between Tory and Grant oh so well. (●´∀｀●)
I just didn't like how she had them both be top. Like, a reversible relationship. I mean Tory is, what, a whole foot taller than him? Sorry, but Grant's gonna have to remain in the bottom role for me to fully accept their relationship. Grant is just not a totally dominant person; that is not how I see him.

Fangirl rant is over for now; be glad I'm not in an AiGin mood, or I would be raging over Tite Kubo's decision to kill off Gin and make him a traitor when he and Aizen has probably the most chemistry in the entire series. (Aside from Uryuu and early series!Orihime, and Kisuke and Ichigo.)

You must be a genius to take those classes and not groan or whine about them. I hope I get to be as smart as you when I'm a senior, because those classes are far out of this Freshman's range of understanding.

Look at me, already missing two days. Well, I didn't expect this to be a daily thing; I'm far too busy for that.

So, started watching Soul Eater with my little sister the other day and I forgot how much I loved shipping Stein and Spirit together; quite canon in my opinion. = v=
Oh, anyone heard of the movie Zodiac before? The Robert Downey Jr. version? Apparently there's, like, four different ones, but I really want to watch that version since it got the best reviews. And because RDJ is very unf worthy~

Latin translations oh my guhhh! Such a pain to do, especially because in Ecce Romani! II each story is about a full page. But In Cold Blood is finally getting somewhere; Capote, y so good at writing??

Oh, oh, so I got the idea of rewatching the RDJ Sherlock Holmes because of reasons so that I could actually pay a bit more attention to the lines oozing with the potential slashiness of Holmes and Watson. (≧∇≦)/ But BBC's Sherlock will always have the best Sherlock/John, in my humble opinion. ｡◕‿◕｡
Hell, even Mycroft/Lestrade is pretty good; but keep that Jim/John away from me, oh gods Moriarty stay away from Jawnnnnn!

Moving on; went shopping in this cute little town called Middleburg yesterday, and they have some of the best clothing stores ever~ Mind you, they're quite expensive, but I got some really cute Ralph Lauren shoes for, like, $25 as well as some nice scarves. And I found the perfect shirt for my Serah Farron cosplay! (´ω｀★)
Also saw this wonderfully frilly white shirt, and a very nice grey n' red poncho, but they were both around $40, so I'm realllyyyy hoping someone gets me them for my birthday in March, yes~

First things first, someone stop my sister from singing; she's in her elementary school choir, and she's forcing her voice instead of just singing normally. It is so obnoxious halp save my ears halp

Alright, so my Creative Writing 2 teacher is out for the entire month of February due to family issues, so our class has two substitutes that switch out every day. The one we had to day was quite prickly and snappy. She kept saying, "This is a writing class, not study hall." And then she goes off on talking about the history and different types of poetry and we're all like, "Yeah, this is a writing class, not history." And we only got about three minutes of writing the entire period. Here, have a mini-drabble I did in that time:

Awww, new chapter of Katekyo Hitman Reborn! I am freaking out! Xanxus finally takes part in the battle royale and Fon is just so unf unfff~~
Pretty boys galore, I am dying happy~

But these chapters are over so fast, the suspense halp! Amano, stop being such a tease!

Also, I started working on this picture for my dear friend for Valentine's Day next week, and I'll be doing lineart and coloring this weekend~ I hope she likes it~
