Things you wish your parents let you do at a young age

....so you would be awesome at them now.

Mine would be a martial art. Not really specific. One minute I would be mastering the high kick, the next, and I would be holding a still beating human heart in my hand.

Anyways, I wasn't allowed to pilot a miltary jet plane when I was little. 'Twas sad indeed.

well i wish my parents let me where contact lenses and let me have braces lol.
my parents let me smoke and drink alcohol before 10 but i dont get to where braces and lenses till im 18?

I've been playing M games since I was 11...

My mom refused to let me iron my shirts because one day when I was 7, I touched an iron to see what it would do while it was on and it burnt my finger so I screamed. So then I thought, well what if I used my other finger, burned myself again and started crying.

I was very challenged.. And when I was 13 years old I still have no idea how to iron a shirt. I do now but I learned when I was like turning 15 somewhere around that.

my parents wont let me do some chores.. XD cause i was 8 i might break stuffs
but now that im 16 i hate chores things do changes
