This is an English only forum so please do not post anything substantial in other languages like German. It is nothing against those other languages, but it is just that our staff is only expected to know English and as such can only effectively moderate posts in English. Single words or common phrases like "hola" or "como estas", etc. are okay, but don't write long posts, etc. in other languages.

What about commenting on someone's profile in another language? Is that allowed?

Or you could simply use google translate. I would of never mentioned my German heritage if it wasn't for a certain member (poorly) insulting me in German first

Google translate is not perfect. It also should not be necessary to use it to read this forum. If someone insulted you, report the post and move on- no need to respond back because it'll make things worse and you both will likely get warnings/bans for it.

Hmm, what about usertitles? Would those fall under this as well? Even if we have told what it means? If it is, then I'll change mine. Just curious. Reason I'm asking is for clarification and I've had my current usertitle for a long while now and it hasn't been a problem as of late.

Well, the problem can be solved by moderators using Google Chrome. I'm using Google Chrome right this minute, and Google Chrome automatically translate a post with no English in the post whatsoever into English. Just a suggestion to the problem.

And Google Translate isn't very...reliable, to say the least.
